After a few moments of violent gagging and belching, he vomits up a lob of coagulated "Blood", as it falls into his palm it begins to writhe and take shape into that of a few "Leeches". These Leeches then wiggle around his palm before he deposits the produced critters into the mouth of the dying man, the man then begins to convulse, shake, and gag as the leeches make their way down his throat and through his blood vessels: eventaully arriving at the wound site. They occasionally make they way back out through any orfice to expel the foreign material; such as the bullet fragments, and after a short minute the man's wound has been completely repaired and the leeches begin to melt into the victim's bloodstream.

You may activate this Effect while in free-fall, as long as your target Location is a surface on which you can land. You are immune to fall damage.

If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you an Injury you have increases in Severity by 1d4 points. If a target does not consent to the transfer, you must roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6 to use the effect on them. They can resist by rolling either Body or Mind at Difficulty 6, depending on what you are attempting to transfer to them.
You may choose a single instance of one of the following to transfer from your target to yourself, or from yourself to them:

The Scepter of Ang-Kapal is a gruesome device fashioned to look like a skeletal arm clutching a glass eye. When used, blood from the person holding is drawn into the eye where it swirls with dark energy. The eye turns to a nearby corpse and shudders, reviving the creature. The creature does not retain any of its memories or personality, but it is absolutely loyal to whoever is holding the scepter.

It can be perceived by people through their sight. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You may create a replica of a specific being or Object, though it is still limited by what you do or do not know about the subject.
Anyone who touches the illusion (or who would be able to perceive it significantly through a sense it cannot fool) realizes it is an illusion, and the entire effect will be ended for all targets.

It may have moving parts and engage in simple, predetermined movements but cannot perform anything complex or interactive unless you maintain Concentration and “puppeteer” it.

Instead of dealing Damage all at once, the Injury caused by this Power starts at Severity 1 and worsens at the rate of one level per Round until it reaches the Severity it would have otherwise been.
