Batimir's back bursts open, as a writhing mass of flesh and bone erupts out; like some sort of prehensile tail or scorpion stinger. The appendage is segmented into these almost-bony blades, and seems to be controlled by stretchy muscular fibers and tendons, incapable of finer movements but more than capable of broad strokes as it whirls around.
The Lifeform Lacerator is essentially a bladed scorpion's tail made out of molecularly-defined blades of bone attached to segmented segments of flesh and cartilage, animated primilarly by muscular tendons and cables. The Lacerator is granted animation and motion by these cables, however the Lacerator has purposefully been made seperate from Batimir's body, he doesn't feel a thing that happens to it. The Lacerator is also capable of incredibly springy retraction, and contraction, as it is capable of constituting over 20-feet of segment in just under a second, as well as retaining it's mass and lethality as it does so.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.
You gain an additional limb that functions as a standard human arm and hand. Lasts one hour.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Your extra appendage can be used to attack in exactly the same manner as a Greatsword.
Your extra appendage can stretch to reach an additional 30 feet.
Your extra appendage is not connected to your nervous or circulatory systems, and you will not take damage if it is hit by an attack or destroyed.

While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 1 and your Dexterity is increased by 1. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -1).

The Hemomancer’s ritual, brutal in nature, uses the heart of a once-living creature as its catalyst. By pumping her own blood through the muscle, she feels her own skin thrumming with pulses of energy… until eventually she is changed completely. For a moment, she is a quivering pile of ichor, turning itself silently into shapes of entrails and organs. Then, she suddenly snaps back to a normal, human form. Like a light switch being flicked. No one would be the wiser. Until they decided to cross her.
