Legacy Power: The Blade of Providence

I dunno how I got this, but I've never been one to question the will of providence. A spear should work nicely for me.

A 2 Gift Melee Mastery Power used by Edward Grimm, created by Lerinyth.

Description

A sword extends from my arm, able to hack and slash as needed. But when a ranged foe appears, I have a solution. A brilliant golden light shines as I eject my sword as a metal spear. I can move quickly, and throw, taking out whatever and whoever is in my path. It normally appears as a sword, but can be launched from my mechanical arm upwards of 100 feet.

System

Passive, always in effect. Attacks with [[weapon-type]] will do +2 more damage. The target's Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up.

Enhancements

  • Mjolnir (You may call your weapon back to your hand as a Quick Action [-2 dice] if it is within 50 feet. Works on any weapon this Mastery applies to that you have held in the past hour.)

    • None - Teleportation

  • Bullet Parry (You may use a Reaction to Defend against any Melee, thrown, or projectile Attack in range of your Attacks.)

Drawbacks

  • Unique Weapon (This Power takes the form of a specific, unique weapon, which can be borrowed, lost, or stolen.)
    • Weapon - Golden telescopic spear normally stored inside of my arm and not easily detected

Armor Effectiveness: 1 ( Reduced to 1/2, rounded up ) Additional Damage: 2 ( +2 )
