Archie is immune to all mundane diseases; his ability to power through them has always been freakish, but now he doesn’t even have to pretend nothing’s bothering him.
Whether it’s true or not, Archie is confident that the whole building would come down if he weren’t on call to do his job as the head secretary of the Bank of America Corporate HQ. Having a job like that, you can’t be out for any reason- he has no kids to speak of, and honestly loves the job. So, when he got sick and powered through it much more miraculously than he should have been able to, Archie made his first realization on what the Games might be doing for him.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You get +2 dice to any Body resistance rolls you make. You also gain the following effects:
- Survivor: You are immune to all non-Alien diseases.

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

You gain the following benefits at all times.
You get +2 dice to any Body resistance rolls you make. You also gain the following effects:
- Inoculation: If you succeed a Body resistance roll against an Effect, you are immune to that Effect for the next 24 hours.
- Survivor: You are immune to all non-Alien diseases.
- These bonuses apply only to Body rolls made to resist Effects and other supernatural phenomena. They do not apply to other contexts such as attacks made while under the Creature Transformation Effect.
The grimoires prophet

The grimoire of plagues and disease chooses George as its prophet, finally in the hands of a worthy holy man to spread forth its plague and destruction. George’s body has been infected by the grimoire, it now does not feel the effects of poisons drugs or diseases as it’s systems have been fortified.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You get +0 dice to any Body resistance rolls you make. You also gain the following effects:
- Purge Toxins: You may take a Severity-1 Injury to cancel the effect of any non-Alien drug, poison, or toxin in your system, as long as you are aware of its existence.
- Survivor: You are immune to all non-Alien diseases.
- These bonuses apply only to Body rolls made to resist Effects and other supernatural phenomena. They do not apply to other contexts such as attacks made while under the Creature Transformation Effect.
Ridin' through dust and disease
It's just a bandana Wrangler uses as a facemask.
You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using Bandana to gain the benefits of this Effect.
You get +2 dice to any Body resistance rolls you make. You also gain the following effects:
- Inoculation: If you succeed a Body resistance roll against an Effect, you are immune to that Effect for the next 24 hours.
- Instant Vitamins: You may Exert your Mind to convert your bonus resistance dice into additional Outcome to any Body resistance roll.
- These bonuses apply only to Body rolls made to resist Effects and other supernatural phenomena. They do not apply to other contexts such as attacks made while under the Creature Transformation Effect.

This device is a piece of chrome the size and shape of the back of a spoon. When placed against the skin, small hypodermic needles sprout from the device and attach it to the user's bloodstream. There, it filters and releases lifesaving drugs into the bloodstream, granting complete immunity from contracting new diseases and added resiliency in all other cases.
WARNING: The immunizing drugs have been shown to reduce inhibitions in test subjects.
