Legacy Power: Artist's Interpretation

Many things can be left up to interpretation, this is just how I see it.

Description

Yvonnel stares at either a creature or strange writing and tries to interpret what they are trying to communicate using her artist's intuition. If one were to look at her eyes, they'd notice that they've gone from bright amber to glowing yellow with slitted pupils.

System

Spend an Action and target a being within 300 feet. You may understand anything the target is trying to communicate for 60 seconds.

You may only communicate with Creatures and Writing

Enhancements

  • Writing (This also includes recorded communications such as writings, pictures, scent trails, etc.)
  • Creatures (You may commune with Creatures.)
  • Cantrip (Activating this Effect has no Exertion cost, but its Gift Cost can never be increased above 2.)

Drawbacks

  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
    • Object - Yvonnels Journal
  • Chit Chat (This Power only lasts 60 seconds.)
  • Ghosting (You may only use this Effect once per target per day.)
  • Monologue (You are only able to communicate to your targets, not understand them.)
    • None - I gain the ability to understand them
