Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a human or Dead target within arm's reach. Dead targets must have died within the past week, and you must have their remains in your possession. This Effect cannot be used unless Alternate Form.

It is less through words themselves and more through emotion that a connection is made. The user becomes more in tune with the fundamental cause and effect of the universe. Which in turn allows them a unique insight into the inner machinations of animate and non-sapient beings.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

  • Communing with creatures does not grant them intellect but does allow you to converse with them.

The soul Widow calls sees the beacon in the dark, a call from a reaper. It takes time to bring the soul through the veils of the underworld, but the respect of the station demands answers. This also includes understanding any recorded communications from the relevant targets, including writings, scent trails, etc.
