They can sell extraordinary items to Offr or put them up for auction for other Offr Red members to bid on. Crafty Contractors rejoice!
On rare occasions, Offr can even make deals to tie up pesky Loose Ends. However, they always demand a special favor in return.

Temporal Anomaly
Guido suddenly honks in alarm, his eyes crackling with psychic power as he cranes his long neck around looking for something.
Guido has a particular sensitivity to creatures that are not part of the local time stream. This includes Time Travelers, Extra-dimensional beings, or in some cases creatures that have Powers to warp/alter Space/Time.
While always capable of picking up these emanations, Guido can delve deeper into the time stream to pinpoint them. Doing so causes a psychic disturbance in the area, & is traumatic to the psyche of the little dinosaur.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect.
You automatically detect all Temporal Anomalies within 50 feet of you for the next minute. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby and their direction, but you are not aware of their exact locations.
Even while this Effect is not active, if any Temporal Anomalies come within 50 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.
Videre Malum

Rupert holds his crucifix in front of him and says the phrase "Videre Malum". The crucifix briefly glows with a golden light, and Rupert becomes aware of any demonic entities nearby, though they are also alerted to his presence.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. You must actively and obviously use a crucifix to activate this Effect.
You automatically detect all Demonic entities within 50 feet of you for the next minute. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby and their direction, but you are not aware of their exact locations.
Even if there are no Demonic entities within 50 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.
Bearing Witness
"Sometimes, we are not here to save someone; we are here to bear witness to their passing."
The eye of the locket shimmers as this effect is employed, & ghosts, either through whispers or fleeting glimpses, will direct the wielder to find those on the thresh hold of death or beyond it; just the same, the artifact alerts those detected that there is someone here who can help them...

You automatically detect all ghosts and creatures with unstabilized wounds within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
If no ghosts or creatures with unstabilized wounds targets are within 300 feet of you, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.
All ghosts and creatures with unstabilized wounds who you can sense are equally able to sense you.
Rune of Monster Finding
"They shall be found, before this day is done"
The Dragon Slayer has carved a modified rune onto a stone and added it to their necklace, expanding its range from the detection of dragons and their kin to the detection of all monstrous creatures. The runestone lights up with a magical glow when it detects a monster nearby, and can have its accuracy improved by empowering it with additional mana.

You automatically detect the closest of any Living Target within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense their direction and distance.
Any Living Target detected while the effect is active are โmarkedโ. You will continue to detect them until the effect ends, no matter how far away they move. You will also continue to detect them after the effect ends, so long as they remain within 300 feet of you.
- Any targets that are marked satisfy the line of sight requirement for targeted Effects.

"Reaper" Assault Helmet
"Target acquired."
The "Reaper" Assault Helmet is the signature piece of the Future Soldier's arsenal. It has a sleek, design and is made of a mysterious matte-metallic alloy. The wearer's face is exposed normally, but when a battle begins, a blue holographic visor flickers to life in front of the eyes. This HUD contains information about the soldier's ammunition and shield status, but more significantly can detect enemy combatants. Anyone nearby who is holding a weapon is painted with a red dot that follows them in real time. This allows the Future Soldier to fire at painted targets in the dark, detect ambushes lurking around corners, and grants an overall tactical advantage.
This Effect activates whenever combat begins. It does not require an Action or Exertion.
You automatically detect all people wielding weapons within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
- When triggered, the Effect activation resolves immediately after the triggering Action. It is not Reaction speed.
