If you succeed, the target is afflicted with a Condition that causes one of the following symptoms:
The affliction can be diagnosed with a Medicine roll, and may be cured by modern medicine through treatment at a fully equipped facility. Treatment outside of a facility may stop the affliction from worsening for a day, but will not cure the underlying Condition.
This Effect ends if you are stunned, fall asleep, go unconscious, are incapacitated, die, or if your total Penalty ever exceeds 5.

The message will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
Bankston Places a tuff of fur before himself and begins to write out a persuasive essay to the creatures soul that hes attempting to alter their mind. as he does so the pen draws upon his blood for ink draining him as he writes, after which he rolls up the tuff and starts to insert it into the persons body, there flesh seeming molding to accept the scrawled offering. while he's inserting the scroll he is forcefully bombarded with a flood of the creatures worst memories of crimes, requiring him to push past the flood.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend 1 minute. Select a Sapient target within arm's reach. You must use up Tuff of Fur in order to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. Roll Charisma + Culture at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8.
If the contested Outcome is positive, a specific period of time (up to 1 week long) from your targetโs memory is either replaced with new memories or forgotten entirely. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. โlast Friday nightโ) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. โwhen the murder occurredโ). You may also choose to only alter a single specific detail rather than an entire period, such as a password, phone number, directions, or you may remove all knowledge of one specific thing, regardless of time period, such as a loved one, a location, a prized possession, etc.
You may use this Power to detect and repair any altered memories in the Target's mind.
Affected targets will invent new memories to justify the inconsistencies. For instance, if their memory was altered to include a new friend they donโt have, they may invent further memories of meeting that friend, spending time with them, etc.

Communicate a command to your targets. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. The targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your targets will be compelled to follow your command to their best understanding of the letter and spirit of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.
You may activate this Effect as a Reaction to contest any Action a valid target is taking, reducing their Outcome by your own. Your command has no impact beyond disrupting their Action.
If the Contested Outcome of your activation roll is 4 or higher, the activation cost of this Effect is refunded.
This Effect ends if you are stunned, fall asleep, go unconscious, are incapacitated, die, or if your total Stress ever exceeds 5.
You are equally bound to follow any command you issue.
You must maintain Concentration while your command is being carried out. If you break Concentration, any active suggestions you have issued will end.
Mrs. Ross has a gift. One that has been built over a good many years. First they started as whispers in her dreamscape, moans that clouded her mind like a fog in the late evening hours. She doesn't quite remember how it happened, the moment was vague. She heard a lamenting echo coming from a body in a casket, a relative whose funeral was still in progress. Though she cannot speak, The Voice in her head certainly can, and she tried to reach out to the whispers like she never could anyone else. To her immense surprise, the they responded, a cavalcade of emotions from the recently deceased.
Mrs. Ross uses the spirit's connection to their loved ones in order to entice them to speak to her, so that their final wishes may be fulfilled. Spirits do not come to her more than once a day, however, as some dark figure in the veil looms near her metaphysical presence...
Exert your Mind and spend one minute to activate. Select a Dead target of which you have a loved-one in your presence.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.

If they cannot perceive you through sight for three Rounds, the Effect is broken. The Effect ends early if the target is Injured or violence occurs nearby.
This does not affect the targetโs opinion of you or their mood, and they may take any Actions while affected (including attacking), as long as that action centers on you. Fascinated targets cannot Concentrate.

When a target is destroyed, it sends shards flying. Anyone within 5 feet of the object rolls 4d10 at Difficulty 6 and takes damage equal to the Outcome. Can be reacted to.
EzFake is an app that appears on any cell phone the influencer holds as long as they are holding it. The influencer need only make a selection and focus their will to project a lifelike forgery into the world in front of them. It may be an object, a creature, or even a specific person, and they can speak and make sounds as well.
The Influencer gets ready to film, and focuses fully on getting a good shot. After all, no video doctoring software can compete with a real life forgery which can be filmed from any number of directions by anyone's camera and appear legitimate.

It can be perceived by people through their hearing, smell, and sight. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You may create a replica of a specific being or Object, though it is still limited by what you do or do not know about the subject.
Anyone who touches the illusion (or who would be able to perceive it significantly through a sense it cannot fool) realizes it is an illusion and can choose to perceive it or not at will.
The illusion will remain fixed to its initial target, and can only change locations if the initial target is mobile in some way. It may have moving parts and engage in simple, predetermined movements but cannot perform anything complex or interactive unless you maintain Concentration and โpuppeteerโ it.
The Vampire is able to turn one of their victims into a lesser vampire, a pale shadow of a full creature of the night but useful nonetheless. Having drained and killed their target, the Vampire performs a brief ritualistic bloodletting, wherein they spill their own blood into the target's mouth, forcing them to drink, and bonding them together as child and sire.
Shortly afterwards, the fledgling vampire will rise from death, hungry for blood and eager to serve.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within arm's reach that has died within the last hour. This Effect cannot be used unless you drained the target's blood while they were still alive.
Your target rises as an Animate being. The raised creature is totally mindless, with no memory of its past life or hint of its old personality. They cannot communicate. They will follow any command you speak.
The creature lasts until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion. The raised creature must consume flesh every day or it will die again.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Charisma and Intellect are set to 1, but their Dexterity, Brawn and Perception are the same as they had in life. A raised creature cannot use any Effects.
Your revived targets deal 2 Weapon Damage with their unarmed attacks.
