Grabbing into the target, Crane nanite factory spreads within the object. Even if solid, they will dig molecular holes within the object and take it over. Though separate, they are still connected to the main nanite factory on crane and can send data back to him.
Exert your Mind and an Action to activate. Select a Inanimate target within arm's reach which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters). You must actively and obviously use Nanite Factory to activate this Effect. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect.
Your target will become Animated indefinitely. You may choose to end the effect at will, as a Free Action. You can maintain a max of 4 targets animated at once.
Animated Objects have the following restrictions and capabilities:
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Arachnophobia.
Sheriff Perkins can flash his badge and bark out orders to a person or a crowd, and they will have trouble ignoring his command.
Spend at least one Action to activate. All Sapient, Living targets within 20 feet of you are affected. You must actively and obviously use a police badge to activate this Effect. Communicate a command to your targets. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Any affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your targets will be compelled to follow your command to the letter-- but not necessarily the spirit-- of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Commands can put the target into a potentially self-endangering scenario, including Combat, though you cannot force a target to directly attack themselves. Commands may force a target to violate one of their Limits, and they will need to make a Trauma roll once the suggestion wears off.
This Gift's level is capped at 2 Gifts and cannot be increased further.
I form it with my hands!!
If you’re convincing enough, anything is possible.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within arm's reach. Choose an illusion to generate, which can be no larger than a coffee mug.
The chosen illusion is generated at your target, and it will remain in place for the next minute or you choose to end it. It can be perceived by people through their sight. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You cannot make an exact replica of an existing Animate being or Object.
Anyone who touches the illusion (or who would be able to perceive it significantly through a sense it cannot fool) realizes it is an illusion and can choose to perceive it or not at will.
The illusion will remain fixed to its initial target, and can only change locations if the initial target is mobile in some way. It may have moving parts and engage in simple, predetermined movements but cannot perform anything complex or interactive unless you maintain Concentration and “puppeteer” it.

If you succeed, for the next hour, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by Peacefully calm.. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
When your target interacts with any valid target, they must roll Self-Control or be swept up in the same emotion. New targets pass it on as well, and so on, with the remaining duration decreasing by half until the chain stops.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is quotes scripture. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
If any affected target takes or deals Damage, this Effect ends.
Bankston Places a tuff of fur before himself and begins to write out a persuasive essay to the creatures soul that hes attempting to alter their mind. as he does so the pen draws upon his blood for ink draining him as he writes, after which he rolls up the tuff and starts to insert it into the persons body, there flesh seeming molding to accept the scrawled offering. while he's inserting the scroll he is forcefully bombarded with a flood of the creatures worst memories of crimes, requiring him to push past the flood.

If the contested Outcome is positive, a specific period of time (up to 1 week long) from your target’s memory is either replaced with new memories or forgotten entirely. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”). You may also choose to only alter a single specific detail rather than an entire period, such as a password, phone number, directions, or you may remove all knowledge of one specific thing, regardless of time period, such as a loved one, a location, a prized possession, etc.
You may use this Power to detect and repair any altered memories in the Target's mind.
Affected targets will invent new memories to justify the inconsistencies. For instance, if their memory was altered to include a new friend they don’t have, they may invent further memories of meeting that friend, spending time with them, etc.

When you activate this Effect, instead of occurring immediately, you may choose to delay its effects until the target takes a particular Action. For example: "when they fire a gun" or "when they swim in deep water."
Instead of dealing Damage all at once, the Injury caused by this Power starts at Severity 1 and worsens at the rate of one level per Round until it reaches the Severity it would have otherwise been.
