A chef has a good eye on what may fit a customer's taste. Learning how to talk to them, interact with them, give a show and a performance with his cooking. Charming and interesting, a aura that feels inviting and relaxing.

You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
- Call me Senpai: You may ask to be called by a specific title. Sapient beings will use this title when addressing you, unless they Exert their Mind to resist for the day. You may use an Influence Effect on anyone who uses your title without Exerting your Mind. One free activation per individual per day.
- Honest Eyes: Your word is accepted as honest so long as you are speaking the truth as you understand it. You can always tell if someone telling a lie without making a roll, though you may not know what they are concealing
- Party Animal: You are welcome at, and will be granted entrance to, any social gathering or party, at least as an observer.
- A "social gathering" might include a birthday party, after-work drinks, a ski trip, or yoga in the park, among other things. It likely would not include a cult gathering to summon a demon, Congressional negotiations over a contentious bill, etc.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

His charm, His personality, and his quirks now supernaturally improved on a whole another level. Freedom as he perceives it and even acquires a tattoo of a line from the US Constitution. With this in mind, he pushes forward, using his charm and intelligence to get what he wants, pulling swindles and all. When using this better part of him as for when truly speaking he speaks in a sly, wistful, and comedic tone that is fast as to confuse the person into agreeing with him.

If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- An Honest Face: Your word is unimpeachable, and is accepted as truth so long as you are speaking the truth as you understand it.
- Liar Liar Pants on Fire: You have an intuitive understanding of whether or not someone believes what they are saying. You can always tell if someone is lying to you without making a roll, though you do not necessarily know what they are lying about.
- In rare cases, GMs may require you to make a roll to detect a lie from particularly powerful beings (trickster gods, etc).
- If your tattoo of a literal quote from the consitution is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months, or until you can recover any relevant missing items (which may involve a side-game and requires a GM to approve whatever process is used).

Shelby's got a knack for worming their way into your ears and heart, almost like another voice inside your head. They've got their finger on the pulse. It's a little uncanny sometimes, but hey- when was the last time you really felt like someone *listened* to you? Might as well talk.

This Charming Woman

The user becomes a cold caricature of a person, emotions are birthed and killed based on their usefulness at any given moment as their inner apathy is masked by an outburst of emotion, emotions that are meant to confuse people and lull them into a sense of security. People talking to the user see the look and behavior of someone who looks like they have genuine affection and empathy, as if the person in front of them is trying their best to make them feel like the most important individual in the world.
Allena is, often times, a crass and spiteful individual. The biggest exception being when she's trying to get something out of someone at which point she becomes soft and kind, she knows too well how to appeal to people. She just often doesn't care enough to do so, to her the truth of the matter is is that she doesn't feel the same things people do, the joy, the love, the hate. To her it's a cold breeze passing by, this... apathy is also the cause of her shadow's manifestation, it is the emptiness in her heart given form. And now, Allena has filled that hole with fake feelings. Feelings that don't mean anything to her, yet she still uses them.

From putting his workers on the line and to his commandeering attitude he is still a charming fellow in some manner, demanding his name to be called, he is to be called the devil in a manner as the way of how sly he may be but how ruthless he is to his employees, all marked down by the tattoo on his back to represent it all.

- The Price Of Fame: Any sightings or recordings of your activity can easily be traced back to you. Even when disguised or using an alias, people always get a Perception check to recognize you.
- A "social gathering" might include a birthday party, after-work drinks, a ski trip, or yoga in the park, among other things. It likely would not include a cult gathering to summon a demon, Congressional negotiations over a contentious bill, etc.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
