Luci creates a spectral shadow of herself that imbues itself into objects by drawing a rune on the object itself that allows a connection to be made with her and the Umbral Plane. They can manifest physically as specters that solely perform the task of the imbued object. They are extremely obvious and supernatural and while they will not communicate, they will diligently follow orders and handle the objects like mundane humans with a minor amount of skill.
Standing Orders:
- These weapons are not to be used by anyone other than Luci unless she specifies otherwise.
- If control of the physical weapons is ever stolen from Luci or forced to bear their fangs towards Luci, the weapons will not fire until Luci says they can.
- These weapons are on orders to defend Luci from harm with Bullet Parry, unless told they are allowed to fire.
- These weapons will always be silent per the artifact firearms enhancement unless told otherwise.
- Luci's weapons are to only follow her orders if she says "Wry" before the order.
- Others are allowed to give these weapons orders if and only if they exactly refer to the weapons name in particular and say, "(X Weapons Name), 1998, Command" before each order.
- These orders can only be nullified or canceled if Luci says "The Sun Sets Beneath the Abyss."
- Only Luci is allowed to create new standing orders.
Exert your Mind and an Action to activate. Select a Guns within arm's reach which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters). You must actively and obviously use writing utensil to activate this Effect. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect.
Your target will become Animated indefinitely. You may choose to end the effect at will, as a Free Action. You can maintain a max of 4 targets animated at once.
Animated Objects have the following restrictions and capabilities:
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see the specters' bodies are laden with a countless number of white eyes that stare into their targets and at surrounding passersby.
Evolution is funny, when transcending humanity with evolution shackled by an ancient curse one has to remember that you don't get many chances at getting it right. Unless you're Lucas. Wrestling with his genetics and his curse simultaneously seems to have produced an odd clash, and it manifests in the deliberate vitae control he has developed in order to create horrifying but effective mutations for almost any given situation. Each taking the form of bulbous red and black distended appendages or alterations to his form, making his already unfortunate countenance far worse.
Exert your Mind and spend 30 minutes. You may only target yourself. The target can easily Resist.
You may add one augmentation to your target. Each augmentation counts as a Battle Scar and can have exactly one of the following Effects:
The augmentations you provide are not outwardly visible nor obvious.
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see As his body erupts in spews of pus, blood, and viscera while he screams in feral agony.
Your alteration "heals" over the course of the next month, after which it is fully cured.
The lights around the user dim before a deep thrumming is felt and heard, a voice not of Sanho's own fills the room, speaking a language understandable by only the target, soothing their mind and reliving them of their trauma.
Exert your Mind to activate. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless Target Has met a godlike being. Over the course of one day, your patient must communicate with you and reveal at least one of their Traumas to you, including the details of those Traumas and the circumstances of how they were acquired. After the full treatment time has elapsed, roll Charisma + Alertness at Difficulty 6.
Your target may Resist. If your treatment is successful, you may remove one of the patient's revealed Traumas without incurring any Experience cost.
Your patient is required to Must commune with a higher being for at least 3 hours a day including prayer for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
A ring where I just have to show my victim my hand to activate.
When activated they will immediately be more inclined to listen and follow my words. This will also affect their emotions significantly making them more emotional
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a number of Living targets equal to your Charisma within 45 feet as well as a specific emotion. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6 -3 dice.
If you succeed, for the next minute, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
Mothman is a extra dimensional entity, able to take a step through curved space, into overlapping space nearby- appearing to the casual observer to teleport midstep.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location which is at most 125 feet away horizontally or 25 feet away vertically. Roll a single d10, Difficulty 4. If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour.
You jump to the chosen location. If the landing is precarious, the GM may call for a roll to land safely. You will never take fall damage from successfully landing a jump made with this Effect.
You may opt to trade your free movement for a Super Leap if you are jumping less than 50 feet or if you are closing a gap to an opponent and spend your Action on an attack.
Instead of physically passing through the air, you are teleported directly to your destination. Does not allow you to go through walls, cages, or grapples.
The piercing glows with a weak green shimmer, the eye which the piercing adorns glows green as well. Moments later, a noticeable tremor goes from the user through the ground and walls into the weapon the user looks at as it breaks or disintegrates in a green wave of light.
This piercing was made from blessed metal, dedicated to a goddess of both peace and destruction whose name has been lost in the eons.
This artifact was loaned to one Jacob Sterns by the British Museum.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction. Select a Weapon within 20 feet no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). Roll Perception + Occult Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be fully and completely destroyed, leaving behind no meaningful remains. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
The mutant now occasionally lays large, orange-speckled eggs. These Eggs do not hatch nor spoil. If cracked and applied to a chronic injury such as a missing limb, the scar heals completely within the hour. However, any area healed by the egg will forever carry an inhuman appearance as testament to the bizarre method of treatment.
Spend a minute and use up this unusually large egg (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7). Select a Living target within arm's reach. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect. If used on a Battle Scar caused by an Unstabilized Injury, that Injury is Stabilized.
Healing a Battle Scar in this way leaves behind an inhuman attribute such as fur, scales, or feathers on the target which cannot be healed.
The detective pulls out their magnifying glass and investigates the area, learning details about any nearby structures and picking up details on what sorts of beings have passed through and when.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Investigate an area with a radius of up to 100 feet You must actively and obviously use a magnifying glass to activate this Effect. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Investigation at Difficulty 6.

You cannot investigate the same area more than once per day.
Doc puts his hands on you and begins to mutter to himself in french. The effect is instant and horrible. You begin to remember all of the sins of your past, all the ways that you've wronged those who loved you. All of the terrible, evil things you've done on these contracts in order to survive. Doc seems to be in the grips of similar memories, tears running down his chin and dripping onto his hands that are pressed tightly against you. At the point where your mind feels like it's about to break, it's over. Just as quickly as it began. You feel your wounds begin to close.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma. Your target must make a Trauma roll to reap the benefits of this Effect. They may choose to Resist the Effect and not make the roll. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Charisma + Medicine at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
By focusing and whispering a prayer under their breath, the priest may invoke their god to protect those who have good works left to do.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is a living human. Roll a single d10, Difficulty 4. If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour. Roll Charisma + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around your target, which absorbs the next Outcome +2 Damage. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is you whispering a prayer under your breath. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
The magician dons their wizard hat, raises their arms, wiggles their fingers, and a rain of sparks fly woosh around an object. It shudders to life and follows the magicians commands, including to do things it was not designed to do.
