Exert your Mind and spend one minute.
You transform into Wendigo for 30 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are Wendigo, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 2. Your Stress is reduced by 2.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -2).
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see your bones begin to snap and rearrange and your skin tears as you transform. Your skin is slick with your own blood and your bones poke through some of your joints.
Your alternate form renders you unable to speak any human language and incapable of fine object manipulation. You can only hold or grasp objects in a crude, clumsy way.
Whenever you enter Combat, roll Self-Control. If you fail, you cannot choose which targets to attack and cannot stop fighting until there are no targets remaining.
The Dive dumps a galleon of water on himself; and by hydrating himself immensely--he is able to imbue a fish (or a person I guess) with the ability to speak fish (or human i guess) temporarily--but if, and should, he fuck up... he loses his own speech because he internally drowns.
Spend an Action. Select a human or Creature target within 50 feet. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you lose the ability to speak english, or any langauge, for the next hour. (you can only make blubbing and bubble sounds). You must use up A galleon of water in order to activate this Effect.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
The Well does not forget its conduits or treat them lightly- Luci has earned her keep and reaps the benefits. Black ink is infused into her bloodstream and is much faster acting than her platelets. When it comes to regrowing her flesh, The Well takes pieces of various monsters, creatures, or corpses that dwell within its own realm, and gradually replaces Luci's wounds with them. A slightly worrying thought at times.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Any Injury you receive heals quickly, reducing its Severity by one level every 10 minutes. Any Injuries you receive while this Effect is active do not deteriorate over time. However, any Battle Scars caused by such an Injury will remain unless it is Properly Stabilized as normal.
As long as at least half your body remains intact, you cannot die and remain at Incapacitated, regardless of how many Injuries you take. It is clear to observers that you are still alive.
All Injuries you receive are considered Properly Stabilized. You may also choose to heal any Battle Scar on yourself that may not have been caused by an Injury. Doing so takes one day, and the Battle Scar affects you fully until that time.
Alex's eyes glow slightly as they look into the depths of the target, peeking into their soul, which the target can fight against. Upon success, Alex learns the user's names, weaknesses and most importantly their desires.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. At the end of your investigation, roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. The target resists by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.

The quality and specificity of information gained depends on your Outcome.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is if Alex's eyes glimmer dimly a little bit. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Nightmare of endless information: the demons flow the information into you as you sleep, At the start of each Contract and each time you fall asleep, make a Self-Control roll. If you fail, you take one Mind damage.
You cannot investigate the same target more than once per day.
Those who flee the nightmare are marked with an infernal soot stain. So long as they are marked, the nightmare knows where they are.
This Effect activates whenever someone runs in fear from you or your gifts. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target within 20 feet. “Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.
Your target is marked with a black soot stain. Your mark can be discovered if the target is inspected visually. Removal inflicts a Severity 1 Injury on the target.
You are aware of the marked target's direction and distance from you. This lasts for an hour, or until either the mark is removed, or you choose to end the Effect. You can have up to 3 marks active.
You receive +2 dice to any rolls made against a marked target.
The heiress' vision sharpens to a supernatural level, a departure from her former life as a sport archer to her new role as a huntress. With this power, she can spot minute details from incredible distances, track movement with precision, and pierce through visual distortions. Her eyes adapt seamlessly to changing light conditions, allowing her to hunt in any environment. As a contractor, this heightened sense is the next logical step, transforming her from a skilled archer into a deadly predator.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
The time-traveler spins the second hand on one of their watches and speeds up until they are a blur.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a watch to activate this Effect.
Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.
Outside of Combat, any non-Gift, non-movement Actions you attempt take drastically less time to complete, as long as your personal speed is a factor in the Action. Total time reduction is determined by the GM and capped at 90% (executing the Action takes no less than 1/10th the normal time).
The aquamancer shifts into their elemental form and melds into a nearby collection of water, only to reform shortly out of a different source of water within line of sight.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. Select a Location within your line of sight , and which is directly adjacent to water. You must be within arm's reach of water to activate this Effect.
You are transported directly to the chosen Location. You must wait an hour before activating this effect again.
The seasoned necromancer's darkest art spits in the face of the natural order. Given sufficient preparation, they may temporarily revive any dead individual.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within arm's reach that has died within the last month.
Your target rises as an Animate being. They remember their past life and retain their same personality. They can communicate as they would have been able to in life. They may roll Mind, Difficulty 8, to resist any commands you give them.
The creature lasts for eight hours or until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Attributes are all the same as they were in life. Raised creatures have access to any Effects they had in life.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
The Ninja is a master at blending in to any crowd or organization. If they can find complete privacy, they may channel their ninjutsu to temporarily create the illusion of any outfit or uniform they desire. The new clothes shimmer into existence over their existing garb over the course of a minute of meditation.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute.
You become disguised in a manner of your choosing. The disguise lasts for two hours, or you may end it early at will.
The new appearance must have a similar sex, age, and race to your own. You cannot significantly change your height and weight. Your disguise cannot directly mimic an existing person. You may change the appearance of your outfit. A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.
You cannot alter the appearance of your flesh and blood.
As long as the Ninja is dressed in an appropriate uniform, their movement is almost silent.
You gain the following benefits as long as as long as you are visibly dressed head to toe in black with hardly any skin showing.
You are obscured in one of the following manners. You may Spend an Action to change the way in which you're concealed.
While this Effect is active, any Effect that would obscure you from other, additional senses fails automatically. If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. Activating a targeted or obvious Effect, attacking, or being Injured ends the Effect. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for one minute.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: compulsion to test the awareness of allies by sneaking up on them with a weapon.
