Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is initiating or escalating physical aggression. Roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 6. The target may contest by Defending or Dodging.
If you succeed, your target will be restricted at their location by a physical, tangible binding. They cannot move to a new location, and, if your Contested Outcome was greater than their Brawn, they are encased and cannot take any physical Actions other than attempting to escape until they break free.
The target may spend an Action and roll Brawn or Dexterity + Athletics to attempt to break free. They must accumulate a total Outcome equal to or greater than the original Contested Outcome to escape. Damage to the binding from outside sources also contributes.

Your Perception rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

Lightning Arcs around The Sparkman, the Shock Suit's coils allowing him to effectively fire out a pulse of electricity, as if it were some sort of stungun. The effect is delayed, but it works well enough.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within 30 feet. You must actively and obviously use Copper Wiring to activate this Effect. Roll Dexterity + Firearms at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target becomes drowsy for the next 3 Rounds, during which time they suffer an additional -2 dice Penalty to all Actions. At the end of their drowsiness, they fall into a state of sleep paralysis for Contested Outcome x 3 hours. During this time, they remain fully conscious and aware of their surroundings but are incapable of taking any actions.
Sleeping targets will not prematurely wake up on their own, and can only be awoken by taking Damage or nearing death from hunger, thirst, or suffocation. Drowsy targets always fall asleep, regardless of what happens while they are drowsy.
The user pulls out wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers and starts to disassemble the target bit by bit, the parts leaking blood. Then, the user cleans and fixes the parts with a rag and tools, and then they reassemble the target.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute to activate. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. You must use up scrap metal in order to activate this Effect. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar will heal immediately. You may specify a specific condition that the patient must adhere to. If they break this condition, the treatment is immediately reversed. Record this regimen as a Condition.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see the activator is disassembling the target and repairing their broken and bloody parts, to which they then reassemble the target..
Healing a Battle Scar in this way leaves behind the repaired parts appear made of metal on the target which cannot be healed.
People may try to break off a conversation with Terry, but he has a way of coming up with small talk that would be awfully rude to interrupt.
Spend an Action. A number of Animate targets within 50 feet who can perceive you through no greater than your Charisma rating are affected. Audiences or mobs with a singular focus count as one target. This Effect cannot be used unless The target is in a conversation with or trying to break off a conversation with you. Roll Charisma + Culture at Difficulty 6. All affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, the targets will keep their full attention focused on you for contested as long as you maintain Concentration. They will automatically fail any rolls related to noticing anything other than you.
If you pass from their perception and they are unable to pursue you, the Effect ends. If they can follow you, they must do so for 2 Rounds or the Effect will end. The Effect ends early if the target is Injured or violence occurs nearby.
This does not affect the target’s opinion of you or their mood, and they may take any Actions while affected (including attacking), as long as that action centers on you. Fascinated targets cannot Concentrate.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
As white mist forms at the feet of the user, with a white flash in their eye, the person targeted by the gift experiences a great sudden shock, that fills their head with fear and confusion - seemingly paralyzing their actions in fear of disturbing a greater will throughout the duration of the gift until that divine presence retreats. Along this, the user becomes incapable of looking into the sky completely - in fear of witnessing the divine presence.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use Cross Pendant to activate this Effect. Roll Brawn + Athletics at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, the target will suffer a dice penalty equal to the Outcome for the next 2 Rounds. Dice pools may be reduced all the way down to 0 by this penalty. This breaks Concentration.
You may Exert your Mind and spend a Reaction to contest an Action someone is taking. Roll Brawn + Athletics at Difficulty 7. Subtract your Outcome from theirs, and they use the Contested Outcome to determine if their Action succeeds.
Nature is the beastmaster's domain. While in the wilds, they can climb trees and cliffs with ease and dash through dense underbrush that anyone else would need a machete to navigate.

While addressing a crowd, the influencer may use coded language to send secret messages to a particular person in the crowd. These messages can't be noticed or understood by anyone but the intended target.
Spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless you are speaking to multiple people and the target is listening.
You may send a single message to your target. It can be no more complicated than a multi-page letter or a long email.
The message will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is your left hand making a fist. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.

The aquamancer dissolves into a flowing pool of semi-solid water. Anything they were carrying is left behind in a damp pile. While transformed, they may squeeze through tiny gaps, and are extremely resilient against most standard attacks.
Resolidifying is exhausting.

You transform into a flowing pool of water for the next minute. You may end the effect early and return to your normal form at will. Your structure must remain relatively contiguous. Observers will view you as an unusual entity moving with a singular purpose.
While in this form, you can squeeze through any gap that is not water-tight.
Injuries from standard attacks are reduced to Severity 1, but Damage from AOE effects is increased by 1.
You cannot communicate or use equipment while transformed. Your equipment does not transform with you beyond basic body coverings. You cannot carry any items while transformed.
You have access to your Powers while transformed.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
The aquamancer has internal reserves of water that they may call upon when needed, and it will gush out of the pores in their skin wherever it is directed.
