Luci's inherent map-making skills may not be the most prime, but with the assistance of this artifact, her scouting abilities are premier. Following after
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless the area has been investigated or properly mapped out to a thorough degree. You must use up 1 liter of ink in order to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.
You may perceive things within 1 mile of you as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next 30 minutes.
Others near you may choose to observe what you are perceiving by looking at Luci’s sketchbook.
You may perceive through up to 15 feet of material. The Difficulty of all Perception rolls made through a wall are increased by 1 per wall.
- You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
- Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

Five-Second Foreshadowing
You’ll never have to say “He’s right behind me, isn’t he” again!
It’s not necessarily seeing the future, but you do save 5 seconds and potentially your life by getting a short vision of what’s to come within 75 feet of you, the type of cutaway scene for the audience to understand what’s going on before the characters do. Thanks, invisible audience.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You may perceive things within 75 feet of you with perfect clarity as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next 3 rounds. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is looking aside as if into an invisible camera. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.

Diagnostic Insight
"There's your problem right there..."
Taking the form of glasses, goggles, even a welding mask, this artifact has a ring of tiny runes surrounding the lens or lenses. When infused with power, they glow visibly to observers, though not obstructively to the user. The user can peer through several feet of solid materials to, say, diagnose damage inside an engine, find a secret mechanism behind a bookshelf, or scan someone for hidden weapons.

- This does not satisfy the Line of Sight requirement for targeted Effects.
Seeing-Eye Bird
The yellow cockatiel takes flight from Luke's shoulder, heeding the command of its master.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action. Select a target Location within 75 feet.
You may perceive things as if you were standing at that Location for the next 30 minutes. You may move your senses back and forth between your projected location and your real location without prematurely ending the effect. You may only have one projected location active at a time.
Others near you may choose to observe what you are perceiving by Twitch Stream.
While this is active, your senses may travel from their initial Location to explore the surrounding area. They may move at up to 5 x Perception feet per round.
You create a visible manifestation at the Location where your senses are projected which looks like Larceny the Cockatiel.

- Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.
Dreamlands Overlay
"Leaving a little bit of myself in the Dreamlands when I come back lets me see in both at once."
Minerva lets out a breath and closes her eyes for a moment. She slips into the Dreamlands for just a moment, and when she comes back, she leaves just a little bit of herself there. Opening her eyes, her irises have become rainbow coloured, and she can see in both, although she's just a little paler, like some of the colour has left her.
In a pinch, she can illusion her irises back to normal, but she prefers to leave them like that.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. You must actively and obviously use silver fox pendant to activate this Effect.
You may perceive things through sight within 500 feet of you with perfect clarity as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next 30 minutes.
You may perceive through up to 15 feet of material. The Difficulty of all Perception rolls made through a wall are increased by 1 per wall.
- You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
- Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.
Gossip Gets Around
Margaret knows when you’re talking about her and what you've said. Pesky, gossips find her shadow looming over them.
This Effect activates whenever someone talks about Margaret. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target Location within 75 feet. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.
You may perceive things through hearing as if you were standing at that Location for the next 30 minutes. You may move your senses back and forth between your projected location and your real location without prematurely ending the effect. You may only have one projected location active at a time.
You create a visible manifestation at the Location where your senses are projected which looks like A woman's shadow looming behind.
- When triggered, the Effect activation resolves immediately after the triggering Action. It is not Reaction speed.
- This does not satisfy the Line of Sight requirement for targeted Effects.

Astral Glance
To see beyond, you must open your third eye.
The mystic enters a meditation while focusing on a remote location. A glowing sigil of an eye appears on their forehead, and a ghostly image of themselves meditating appears at the location they are envisioning. For a brief period, they may see the area they are projecting to as though they were standing there.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target Location within 75 feet.
You may perceive things as if you were standing at that Location. The effect lasts indefinitely but you must maintain Concentration to keep it up. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.
You create a visible manifestation at the Location where your senses are projected which looks like a ghostly image of yourself meditating.
- This does not satisfy the Line of Sight requirement for targeted Effects.
Ear for Gossip
"Did you hear what she said about me?"
The influencer is 100% tuned-in to any sort of chatter about themselves. Any time someone nearby so much as whispers about them, they know who they were and what they said.
This Effect activates whenever someone talks about you. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target Location within 75 feet. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.
You may perceive things through hearing as if you were standing at that Location for the next 30 minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.
