Luci's sight was her first gift she received even from before the Contracts. A wandering entity- an Eidolon of the Well- saw something that they wanted from Luci when she was young. But due to some sort of disaster, the process failed and Luci stayed in control while the Eidolon became a prisoner within her.
Over the course of her contracting career, Luci has been able to tap into more of her abilities, but this was the first. Blessed eyes manifested alongside a tattoo that carried over from the Eidolon. With it, the world can seemingly bend to her will. It can slow down when she wants and it can illuminate the world in its barest forms if she so wills.

Both character and meta experience have honed Daisuke's instincts to the edge. With the line between his alter and himself constantly blurring life feels like a show, the potential for a dramatic villain entrance, or a high budget explosion. Anxiety fuels him and keeps him going with a degree of pseudo precognition, consequently however every incident feels like a failure on his part, failure at preventing it and/or not predicting it.
As an older/edgier variant, a common theme in Kamen Rider is the tragedy of their situation and how they often fail at protecting their friends and families. They're shouldered with a burden that eats away at them and makes them question themselves, their power and their cause.

The mere sight of a Princess reminds them, deep in their heart, the dreams they had when they were young. And to hold onto them.
This Effect activates whenever a Living target looks at the Princess for at least two rounds. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Living target within 300 feet. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. This Effect cannot be used unless you are in alternate form. Roll Charisma + Influence (3 dice) at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next minute, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by hope. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is wind blowing though your hair a little. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Pushing back the Darkness: If you see a civilian in danger, you must roll self-control to not immedately go to their aid.

You cannot distinguish the words of others in loud situations.) and Shoulder Subluxation (left shoulder) (One of your shoulders is damaged. Whenever it takes a major blow or is otherwise put under stress the GM may dislocate it. A dislocated limb cannot be used until you Exert your Mind and spend an Action to reset it.).
True to their namesake, the hacker can penetrate the security of any computer system, granting access to its informational stores, or, in a pinch, allowing them to issue commands. The hacked system will display a flickering image of a ghost until it is dismissed.
While hacking, The Technician's fingers move with supernatural speed, blurring like a ghost.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Computer within arm's reach. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology (6 dice), with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
If your command does not require bypassing the security of the target (for example, typing on a computer that is unlocked), you do not need to Exert your Mind to activate this Effect, and activation only takes a single Action.
Your Hack cannot be reversed through mundane means for a number of hours equal to your Outcome.
Every hack you make leaves behind a flickering image of a ghost in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
The werewolf unleashes their inner beast, transforming into an imposing hybrid of human and wolf. Their head reforms into that of a wolf, robbing them of speech but bestowing a maw of deadly fangs. If The Werewolf is struck my moonlight, they are compelled to transform.
Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action.
You transform into a werewolf for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a werewolf, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 2 and your Dexterity is increased by 2. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -1).
Your alternate form renders you unable to speak any human language and incapable of fine object manipulation. You can only hold or grasp objects in a crude, clumsy way.

Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must use up a donor body part matching the injured area in order to activate this Effect. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect. If used on a Battle Scar caused by an Unstabilized Injury, that Injury is Stabilized.
You may specify a specific condition that the patient must adhere to. If they break this condition, the treatment is immediately reversed. Record this regimen as a Condition. Lasts until the end of their next Contract or 1 month for non-Contractors.
Healing a Battle Scar in this way leaves behind a mismatched replacement on the target which cannot be healed.
