This Artifact can be used as a handgun. It is roughly the same size as a handgun and just as difficult to conceal.
Attack by rolling Dexterity + Firearms, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +4 Weapon Damage. The target's Armor is fully effective against this Damage.
This item is a living thing. When targeted, it counts as a Living Creature in addition to its other target types. If destroyed or abandoned for more than two days, it dies and becomes unusable.

This Artifact receives 3 extra dice to all actions taken for its intended use. Attacking with an upgraded weapon grants +3 Weapon Damage instead of additional dice. While it is upgraded, the item cannot be destroyed. Upgraded Armor is shredded by half the normal amount. If it is a piece of Armor, it instead receives half that amount as bonus armor rating, rounded up. If an upgraded shield and armor are both worn, the upgrade bonus does not stack with itself.
Through use of anomalous thaumaturgical runes, Cleatus's personal foundation APC has been upgraded with additional storage capability to allow it to store even the absolute largest of anomalies. As a bonus, it also allows him to roll around with all his daily necessities in the back, and hey. The anomaly will probably be a lot happier having access to a cooler full of coors than not right?
This Artifact can be used as a container. It is roughly the same size as a APC's transport space but can be collapsed into A decactivated.50 BMG bullet on a chain and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

Shredding with your axe has been accepted rocker terminology since the 50s. This is just a slightly more literal interpretation of the term.

Murdock loses things fairly often: tools, guns, drugs, you name it - if you ask him, he'll tell you these things fall into the Spirit World. Sometimes, if he has access to his old army duffel, he can find them again too. When he's riding high with Lucy in the Sky, that is.
Anyone else opening the duffel finds the usual contents.

The lightning bracers can be activated to summon a thunderbolt into the wearer's hand. Throwing these thunderbolts makes an incredibly loud boom. Once a thunderbolt is in hand, the wearer can throw as many as they wish. The electricity from these bolts will jump between nearby targets.

The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Not only does it include a full science laboratory, it can be collapsed into an incredibly small canvas cube and easily transported. The mad scientist may pilot the ship alone or rely on its autopilot features for ultimate convenience.
This Artifact can be used as a blimp. It is roughly the same size as a blimp but can be collapsed into a phone-sized canvas cube and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This blimp has full science laboratory, bullet-proof envelope, and ample parachutes. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.
