A modified black MTT 420-RR motorcycle, Stallion appears to balance itself, and moves about on its own, independent of its riders actions. Stallion seems able to get a grip on numerous surfaces it really shouldn’t be able to, up to and including water. Stallion can vanish, leaving behind a whistle capable of calling it in its master’s hand.
A motorcycle empowered by the spirit of the Old West, Stallion is a loyal beast with a heart of gold.
This Artifact can be used as a Motorcycle. It is roughly the same size as a Motorcycle but can be collapsed into A Whistle and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This Motorcycle has a Monoracer Cabin. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.
You also gain the following effects:
Elvis bats their eyelashes and hits a pose, pouting in concentration as camera flashing disco balls form above him. He's so alluring, who would ever want to attack him? He looks like... He looks like he's surrounded by an aura of... Beauty!
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction. Roll Dexterity + Athletics (10 dice) at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a Barrier extending out 15 feet from yourself, which absorbs 2 times the next (Outcome +4) Damage. Only applies to attacks which originated outside the 15 foot radius, and protects anyone who is within that radius. Any Damage absorbed by the barrier is reflected back to the attacker, up to a maximum of 4. Their Armor applies in full. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. This Artifact may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
A Princess knows how to communicate with their subjects, for her noblesse oblige requires it.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are in alternate form and you are wearing this Artifact.
You may understand and communicate to Creatures, humans, and Sapient beings as if you are fluent in a relevant language.
This also includes understanding any recorded communications from the relevant targets, including writings, scent trails, etc.
The Phantom Corsair's unfolds from this deck of cards, into this steel-and-aluminum body measured just 57 in (140 cm) in height and incorporated fully skirted wheels and completely flush fenders while forgoing running boards. It has a white base with a sleek black stripe down the middle. It tops out in 160 MPH (currently).
The Phantom Corsair is a 1-of-a-kind Car that the original owner of the Artifact Jack Strider, now deceased, briefly touched-up to disguise it; after literally robbing it out of it's Museum during a Downtime Move... anyone who sees this car and suspects something may make an Intellect + Drive to discern it, or it's history.
This Artifact can be used as a super car. It is roughly the same size as a super car but can be collapsed into Closed Deck of Cards and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This super car has no current modifications. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.

The user crosses their arms in an X shape as a field of low-frequency soundwaves is produced from the artefact and emits a wave of inaudible but heavy vibrations to push objects away, with the user being able to tweak which animate objects can and cannot be repelled. The participants feel an intense vibration passing through them regardless of whether or not it repels them, however, when it does repel them, the vibrations feel like an intense wall of weight pushing them back.
Originally a prototype for hearing tech that could amplify the user's hearing, it had the major side effect of sending out intense sound waves to the user, deafening some, so it was scrapped. One day, while running away from home, Jarret had come across the tech in one of the many trashcans he had come across, did a little tweaking and made this gear usable... Well usable in a different manner at least.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Roll Brawn + Alertness (6 dice) at Difficulty 6. Any Animate targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
Create a repulsion field which extends out 45 feet from you in every direction, and lasts for the next 5 Rounds. Any Animate targets within the field that failed to resist cannot move any closer towards you. If they were within 45 feet from you when you activated the effect, they are immediately pushed back to the edge of the repulsion field.
You must maintain Concentration during this Effect.
When you activate this effect, you may designate any number of specific individuals to exclude from the Effect. Anyone designated in this way is unaffected by the repulsion field, and can approach you as normal.
This power will injure whoever is in the way, Tara must poke her thumb with the blade and draw blood in order to activate the blast.
When Tara is out of blood vials, may cut open herself to use power again. It will inflict a Severity 1 Injury at the start, destabilizing or increasing in severity every subsequent use.
Spend an Action. Select a target within 300 feet. You must use up Tara's blood in order to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Occult (5 dice) Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. Armor is fully effective against this Damage.
You may use this Effect to Defend against any melee, projectile, or firearm Attacks within range or Clash against any Attack targeted at you. Using it to Defend deals no Damage but does not cost Exertion.
If you successfully hit your target, the value of any Armor they are wearing is reduced by 2. For material armor, this penalty lasts until it is repaired. For intrinsic armor, it lasts until the end of Combat and any relevant wound is healed.
This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 1.
Standard issue in the Future Soldier's home time, the Personal Shield Generator (PSG) projects a protective energy barrier around the body. It absorbs damage far better than traditional armor, but its battery is quickly drained. When depleted, the PSG must spend a few seconds recharging.
When struck, the normally-invisible field of the PSG flashes, revealing a bright yellow honey-comb pattern encasing the body.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You have 6 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack.
Your Armor cannot be destroyed, and it always provides a minimum of 2 Armor regardless of any Armor shredding or penetration. It cannot be circumvented with Called Shots. When shredded, it returns to full potency in one hour.
Any time your Armor prevents Damage, your Armor rating is temporarily decreased by 2. Whenever it goes five Rounds without preventing any Damage, it is restored back to its full value.
If the Selkie's seal skin is worn close to the body, any contact with salt water will cause them to transform into a seal. While transformed, they have full access to their normal suite of Powers.
This Effect activates whenever you are submerged in salt water. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.
You transform into small for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Targeted, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
The Future Soldier's PSG is capable of briefly supercharging its effectiveness with a jolt of Omega Cell energy. While active, the future soldier glows with an extremely bright golden light.
While the shield is supercharged, the Future Soldier cannot move or see the outside world, but they are completely isolated from anything that occurs outside the shield.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action or Reaction.
You phase out of reality for up to 4 Rounds. During this time, you cannot perceive or affect the outside world or take any Actions. You cannot move. Nothing can interact with you in any way.
When you activate this Effect, you may limit its duration to a period of your choosing. If you are able, you may also end it as a Free Action on your initiative.
You leave a golden glow shaped like yourself at your location.
The Skeleton Key slips easily into any keyhole and turns without a fuss.
Spend an Action.
You may lock, unlock, and/or open any number of doors, containers, knots, or locks within arm's reach of you. Cannot be used on Alien technology.
If you successfully operate a lock, you may choose to destroy it, rendering it inoperable.
The De-Neuralizer is a small silver device that can emanate a bright flash of light. Any being that looks into it with uncovered eyes has their most recent period of the their memory set into a highly over-writable state for a moment. While in this state, their memories may be overwritten at will.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within within arm's reach. All Sapient targets within 20 feet are affected. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is looking directly into the device with uncovered eyes. Roll Charisma + Influence (7 dice) at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the most recent 1 hour from your target’s memory is either replaced with new memories or forgotten entirely. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
