Your extra appendage can be used to attack in exactly the same manner as a Garrote.
Your extra appendage can stretch to reach an additional 30 feet.
You may dedicate your extra Quick Action to contest any attempt to escape your Grapples. If you do so, you roll your full dice pool to contest and retain your Action.
Your Extra Appendage is incapable of fine object manipulation.
Cassie's anger and intense emotions make the area actively hostile or unpleasant.
Exert your Mind (unless you are Sculpting) and spend an Action. Select a Location within 50 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless you do not choose what alterations are made. This alteration lasts indefinitely but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 3 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.
You may sculpt your walls, domes, or tunnels as you create them, without any additional activation time or cost.
Anyone who tries to climb or move across your alterations takes 1 Damage each time they do so. Such alterations are obviously dangerous.

If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you you explode, giving yourself a Severity-6 Injury and rendering you Incapacitated.
You transform into a powered-up form for 30 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a powered-up form, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.

The caster kneels while closing their eyes and begins to hum. Small rings of magenta, yellow, and blue begin pulsing out of the caster's head as they trace a circle in the ground with the butt of a revolver.
The humming usually reflects the general mood of those in it's initial range. An angry crowd will cause the user to feel compelled to hum a loud and dissonant tone, while more peaceful groups will inspire light and steadier tones. If there's no mood to read, or there is a sufficient mix of emotions, the caster will end up humming the last song that was stuck in their head. Mercifully, it is guaranteed to not get stuck again from this exercise.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Take a knee, close your eyes, hum whatever come naturally, and trace a circle in the ground with the butt of your gun. You must actively and obviously use A.38 Special Revolver to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You automatically detect all fearful humans and murderers within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
Laz fires a small nanite projectile from his wrist at the target, staring intently at the target as they begin to grow drowsy. While he continues to hold his hand toward them almost as if he's turning them off by sheer will. The target will feel a jolt as his skin makes contact, and a spreading feeling of warmth and relaxation, until they suddenly realize their joints and muscles no longer respond.
This projectile delivers several dozen individual nanites which immediately begin releasing microdoses of sedatives as they head to the nearest nerve cluster. Once they achieve nervous system access, they use electrical impulses to arrest the target's muscular control, leaving them unable to do much besides breathe and blink for as long as Laz maintains mental control. Once released, they deactivate and are ultimately flushed from the body by the kidneys.
Spend an Action. Select a Living target within 30 feet. Roll Dexterity + Medicine at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target becomes drowsy for the next 30 seconds, during which time they suffer an additional -2 dice Penalty to all Actions. At the end of their drowsiness, they fall into a state of sleep paralysis as long as you maintain Concentration. During this time, they remain fully conscious and aware of their surroundings but are incapable of taking any actions.
Sleeping targets will not prematurely wake up on their own, but may still be woken up by sudden loud noises, being jarred or splashed with water, taking Damage, or similar rousing events. They will also awaken before dying of hunger, thirst, or suffocation. Drowsy targets always fall asleep, regardless of what happens while they are drowsy.
When activating this Effect you may attempt a knockout. If you do and your Contested Outcome exceeds 4, the target falls asleep immediately. Otherwise, they suffer the drowsy penalty for 2 Rounds.
When an affected target wakes up, they remain drowsy for the next minute, and suffer a -3 dice penalty. If an affected target successfully resists being put to sleep, they will still become drowsy for the next minute, and will suffer the same penalty.

If they cannot perceive you through sight for three Rounds, the Effect is broken. The Effect ends early if the target is Injured or violence occurs nearby.
This does not affect the target’s opinion of you or their mood, and they may take any Actions while affected (including attacking), as long as that action centers on you. Fascinated targets cannot Concentrate.
The beastmaster shouts, and their human voice cracks into a deep, bestial roar. Their body swells with muscle, clothes melting into a thick pelt of fur. Seconds later the beastmaster is gone. Standing in their place is a massive grizzly bear.
However, even in human form the beast within remains close to the surface, and the beastmaster finds highly civilized social situations unbearable.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Intolerance for society. When you are in a situation with strict social protocols (like a trial or a formal dinner) roll Self-Control not to enter a flight or fight response.
The mobster presents a reasoned, logical case to the target: there's a lot of dangerous folks out there, and only they can offer safety... for a price.
If they agree, they will pay the mobster a monthly fee for protection. If they stop making their payments... well, let's just say, the mobster can't be held responsible for any unsavory types that might pay them a visit.
This Effect cannot be used unless you are making a deal to exchange money for protection.
You may make an oath with a physically-present, Sapient target. Communicate the oath's terms to the target, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must shake hands to seal the deal.
