As Bill starts to treat the issue, he proceeds to tie off the blood flow of the associated body part, unless it's the head. He proceeds to rub dirt or whatever natural ground is around them, to cover the area. As time passes by, it starts to regrow and reform the damages to normal again, glowing a dark green, similar to swamp water.
Exert your Mind and spend an hour. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. You must use up mud/dirt in order to activate this Effect. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect.
The jester takes it’s lute and strums methodically, creating a sound that shouldn’t come from the movement of it’s fingers.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action. Select a target within 45 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless you roll a difficulty 8 charisma+performance roll.. You must actively and obviously use A type of musical instrument, preferably a lute. to activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Performance Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling Mind, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. fully effective
Injuries caused by this Effect can be Stabilized but do not heal naturally. Any Effect that would heal them has its effectiveness reduced by 2 Severity Levels, to a minimum of 1 Severity level of healing.
You may use this Effect to Defend or Clash in Combat, including against ranged attacks such as firearms.
If the target receives an Injury, they are knocked back 5 * Severity feet.
The target suffers a -3 dice penalty for the next hour or until the Injury is healed. This dice penalty does not stack multiple times on the same target.
If you successfully hit a target with this Effect, the value of any Armor they are wearing is reduced by 2. This penalty lasts until the armor is repaired.
If the target takes damage from this Effect, they will receive at least a Minor Battle Scar regardless of the Severity of their Injury. The specifics of the scar are up to GM's discretion.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see A harsh, otherworldly yield of sounds..
If a target is unlucky enough to be shot by Enmity and live to suffer through it (and no other mark is active), the targets bullet-wound will intensely bruise immediately, turning the surrounding flesh a dull magenta. Nearby assorted carrion animals will be attracted to the promise of Enmity's stain.
This Effect activates whenever the target is shot via "Aspect of Enmity". It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target within 300 feet. “Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.
Your target is marked with the Stain of Enmity. The mark can only be discovered with a deep medical inspection or Effect. Removal inflicts a Severity 1 Injury on the target.
You are aware of the marked target's vital status, injuries, direction and distance from you. This lasts for an hour, or until either the mark is removed, or you choose to end the Effect. This Artifact can have up to 1 mark active.
You may activate another Effect through your Mark as though you were standing at its location. This destroys the Mark.
You receive +2 dice to any rolls made against a marked target.
"Lie down and relax, it'll just take a bit." Are the instructions as the artist presses their pen on the canvas's body and gets to work. The images their mind conjures up moves from them through the pen and into the skin as colors expand and radiate into the desired shape.
Exert your Mind, spend 30 minutes, and use up this Tattoo Pen. Select a Living target within arm's reach. The target can easily Resist.
You may add one augmentation to your target. Each augmentation counts as a Battle Scar and can have exactly one of the following Effects:
Ríordán wriggles their antennae, releasing a large plume a gently luminous spores that crowd around a target. If the target comes in contact with or inhales the floating spores, they will become incredibly tired. Those of slow wit, a traumatized mind, or who grow distracted by the spores' peaceful dance will fall into a deep sleep.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Living target within 30 feet. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target becomes drowsy for the next 30 seconds, during which time they suffer an additional -2 dice Penalty to all Actions. At the end of their drowsiness, they fall asleep for Outcome x 3 hours.
Sleeping targets will not prematurely wake up on their own, and can only be awoken by taking Damage or nearing death from hunger, thirst, or suffocation. Drowsy targets always fall asleep, regardless of what happens while they are drowsy.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
The user wraps key areas of the target with the electrical tape. This tape reinforces weak points and adds necessary structure to the repaired target.
Spend 10 minutes and use up this roll of electrical tape (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7). Select a Object within arm's reach that is no larger than an SUV. Cannot be used on Alien technology. More than half the target object must be present in order to begin repairs. Roll 7 dice Difficulty 6, penalty does not apply.
If you succeed, your target is repaired back to a functional state. If you fail, you spend the full time working before realizing you cannot repair the target.
Dazzle Glasses are advanced "black-tech" espionage gear. They can be styled as any sort sunglasses. When the wearer is recorded, they will quickly flash a non-visible laser into the recording device, destroying it after only a moment of footage is taken.
This Effect activates whenever you are recorded. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Non-Sapient Object within 20 feet no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). Roll Perception + Culture Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
The Doctor examines their patient and gives a standard medical checkup, asking them questions, nodding to themselves, and muttering arcane medical jargon. The examination reveals an extraordinary amount of detail about any medical issues suffered by the patient.
Spend one minute. Select a Sapient target or a Creature within arm's reach. You must actively converse with the individual in question for one minute in order to gather any information. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Medicine at Difficulty 6. The target may Resist.

This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
The musician assumes a powerful stance and strums a mighty power chord on their guitar. A blast of sound waves radiate outwards, destroying all who dare face the power chord directly.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use your instrument to activate this Effect. The area within 25 feet of you immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of you with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4. Armor is fully effective against this Damage. If you botched the activation roll, you will also take full Damage from the blast, otherwise it will not hurt you.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
Doc puts his hands on you and begins to mutter to himself in french. The effect is instant and horrible. You begin to remember all of the sins of your past, all the ways that you've wronged those who loved you. All of the terrible, evil things you've done on these contracts in order to survive. Doc seems to be in the grips of similar memories, tears running down his chin and dripping onto his hands that are pressed tightly against you. At the point where your mind feels like it's about to break, it's over. Just as quickly as it began. You feel your wounds begin to close.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Charisma + Medicine at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
The Psychic can speak directly into someone's mind, engaging in an entirely telepathic conversation. While they do, they take on a blank, vacant stare in the direction of their target, and appear to be muttering gibberish to themselves under their breath.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless you can see your target.
You open up a line of communication to your target, and may converse with them as long as one of you maintains Concentration
The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
