After preforming a short comedy routine, one of the audience members finds it so funny that their wounds start to knit themselves back together.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Dexterity + Performance at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Upon selecting the item of choice to repair, the user, must splash a surge of ink over the desired object. It completely surrounds the object for a few seconds before coagulating together beneath the object, into a pool of ink that bubbles and boils. From it, a spectre will rise from the Well beneath- an amalgamation that looks as if comprised of various humans and creatures stitched together by someone who failed biology. It looks different each time.
An incomplete drawing of the object will then appear on the sketchbook, reflecting the damaged parts of the object they desire to repair. The user will then need to fill in the incomplete drawing using nothing but their own drawing skills. As the user slowly completes the sketch, the spectre will reach down into the well, pull out various creatures from the Well, tear them into pieces, and melt them down into viscous blobs of ink, and mold them into the object. The ink will gradually take form into the vehicle and root itself within it.
This ritual is fragile- if the user is unable to finish it in its entirety, the repaired parts will melt back into ink and sploosh onto the ground.
Matter and energy can not be created or destroyed. Its fuel must come from somewhere.
Spend 10 Rounds. Select a Object within arm's reach that is of any size. You may target Alien technology, so long as you have an understanding of its intended function. When repairing Alien targets, you must Exert your Mind. You must use up 1 liter of ink in order to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. More than half the target object must be present in order to begin repairs. Roll Perception + Crafts at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target is repaired back to a functional state. If you fail, you spend the full time working before realizing you cannot repair the target. If your target only requires fuel or power and is otherwise in working order, this Effect costs no Exertion, and the target is fueled/powered for the next 24 hours.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see a spectre will rise from the Well beneath- an amalgamation that looks as if comprised of various humans and creatures stitched together by someone who failed biology. It looks different each time. As the user slowly completes the sketch, the spectre will reach down into the well, pull out various creatures from the Well, tear them into pieces, and melt them down into viscous blobs of ink, and mold them into the object..
Bu fang takes some spare ingredients he find, upon which, he will then cook and turn into food that not only satisfy the body, but due to how good they are... The relaxation and warmth from the food heals not only the mind, but the body too. Not only that, but the meal is so good, that just the smell alone drags the soul back into the body, forcing it to restart in a attempt to eat the meal.
Edit: Pretty standard support ability. Nothing to change about it, though you may as well keep the After Care instructions since you have it on another power. Added here to recover a point
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living or Dead target within arm's reach. You must use up 1 lb of food in order to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Charisma + Crafts at Difficulty 6.
Your patient is required to home cooked meals for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
If you begin healing an Injury on a target that has been dead for less than a minute, and your healing reduces their Wound Level to a non-lethal level, their life is restored.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
The fighter grapples their opponent, and with a knee to the chest, sends them flying.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. Roll Brawn + Brawl at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, the target will suffer a dice penalty equal to the Outcome for the next 3 Rounds. Dice pools may be reduced all the way down to 0 by this penalty. This breaks Concentration.
The user shouts out "Rabharta" and an a circle with a radius of 60ft appears in the target area. Transparent clouds fill an area of a dome, and begin to pour down rain.
Born of a desire for clean water, the power summons rain in a dome. It's important the word "Rabharta" be pronounced via the Ulster pronunciation, otherwise the power will not activate. The water is pure, and can be drank in a pinch.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action. Select a Location within 60 feet of you.
You create a hemispherical dome of Rain originating at the chosen Location, with a radius of 60 feet, and lasting for 5 minutes. The area inside your zone is affected in the following ways:
Within seconds what turned into a normal battery, explodes within seconds. He throws it far and it detonates. When he opens his eyes, he sees pure carnage and perfect symphony of technology and mass destruction.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location no further than 40 feet from you and in your line of sight. You must use up Batteries in order to activate this Effect. The area within 25 feet of the chosen Location immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Intellect + Technology at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of the chosen Location with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4. Armor is fully effective against this damage.
The Thief examines an object closely for a minute to appraise its value. As their eyes dance across the subject, their pupils split vertically, and their irises fade to gold. If it is a particularly valuable item, the Thief may greedily lick their lips, revealing a forked tongue.
Within a minute, they have determined how materially valuable the object is and why.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a target Object within arm's reach. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Culture at Difficulty 6.
You learn all the following information about your target:
The mobster presents a reasoned, logical case to the target: there's a lot of dangerous folks out there, and only they can offer safety... for a price.
If they agree, they will pay the mobster a monthly fee for protection. If they stop making their payments... well, let's just say, the mobster can't be held responsible for any unsavory types that might pay them a visit.
This Effect cannot be used unless you are making a deal to exchange money for protection.
You may make an oath with a physically-present, Sapient target. Communicate the oath's terms to the target, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must shake hands to seal the deal.
Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.
When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The target cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the target, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
Who wouldn't want one of the mad scientist's famous implants? All it takes is a little time and a few terrifying experiments, and you too could be a better you!
Warning: not fully tested on humans. Risk of dry mouth, upset stomach, or lost limbs. Do not consult your doctor before signing the liability release.
Exert your Mind and spend eight hours. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you cause a major Battle Scar instead of an augmentation. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. The target can easily Resist.
You may add one augmentation to your target. Each augmentation counts as a Battle Scar and can have exactly one of the following Effects:
The augmentations you provide are not outwardly visible nor obvious.
The priest channels their true faith into a brutal assault on the consciousness of demonic or unholy creatures. By wielding their favored holy symbol, a gilded crucifix, they can put a proper fear of god into them, leaving them cowering at any truly holy things they encounter.
Exert your Mind (unless you have been recently attacked by your target) and spend an Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is undead, demonic, or another evil creature. You must actively and obviously use a gilded cross to activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Occult at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8 with a -3 dice penalty. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain a phobia of holy things as a Trauma. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
The musician assumes a powerful stance and strums a mighty power chord on their guitar. A blast of sound waves radiate outwards, destroying all who dare face the power chord directly.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use your instrument to activate this Effect. The area within 25 feet of you immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of you with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4. Armor is fully effective against this Damage. If you botched the activation roll, you will also take full Damage from the blast, otherwise it will not hurt you.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
