The user holds this spherical chunk of red stone and squeezes it will all their might over an injury. The stone cuts into their hands, and blood trails down the sides and trickles into the wound, before solidifying into a scab.
"Like getting blood from a stone" - Figure of speech, when it is extremely difficult because of the mood of the person you are dealing with.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend 1 minute. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Brawl at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Alex pulls his face off, scarring his target with sights within the depths of hell and potentially making them fear something from what they saw.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Human target within 20 feet. Roll Intellect+Occult (8 Dice) at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8 with a -3 dice penalty. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain a new Trauma selected by the GM. This trauma cannot be removed by spending Experience and undergoing mundane therapy. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Alex pulls his face off to reveal his true demonic nature to the witnesses before then sliding the skin back on.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
Dr, Rockman, points and waves his stick at a target and they are covered in white divine fire. The fire burns through objects and monsters of evil but leaves innocents unharmed as the fire is cool to them. The fire is fueled by the sins of the target as it burns them and their crimes away.
Evil; Your target is a Sapient and missing the Murder or Atrocities limits, or a monster that kills humans
Spend an Action. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). This Effect cannot be used unless in angelic form and the target is Evil.
You may start a new fire as large as a firepit's fire at your target. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 4 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Salvador Payne is a man almost certainly known my staff in the facility as the bane of their existence. Whenever Salvador's current host dies and a new one is chosen, usually from an unlucky D Class, they take on his mannerisms.
He also generally prefers those that grow facial hair, so watch out for curly mustaches and an avoidance of eggs.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Living or Sapient target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless you, or the body you are currently possessing has been within 10 metres of a suitable host for more than five minutes. If this occurs, they have 'contracted' you. If your current body dies while a suitable host is within a mile, you must make a contested Mind roll, with up to your Mind score number of potential targets. If you fail and there are no potential targets within range, you die. If you succeed with any, you possess them. This effect also occurs if a target forces you out of their body. Roll Intellect + Alertness at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you possess your target for a number of months equal to the Contested Outcome. You are in full control of the host body’s actions. While the possession is active, the host body will gain a severe egg allergy, making it very obvious to anyone who sees them that something is not right.
Your host’s consciousness will similarly be swapped into your original body, and they will have full control over it until the Effect ends. You may spend an Action to end the possession early.
Stats: During the possession, you use the host body’s Body rating, but your own Mind rating. Any rolls you make use the host body’s Brawn, Dexterity, and Perception but your own Charisma, Intellect, and Abilities. You gain the effects of any physical Assets and Liabilities they have. You have access to the target’s mind, and are able to see their memories and learn any hidden knowledge or information they possess.
Gifts: You have access to and can use any of your own Powers which are not intrinsic to your biology or physical body. You may access and use any of the target’s Gifts or other supernatural effects while you are possessing them.
Death: If the host body is killed or destroyed while you are still possessing it, you will die along with it. If the possession ends and your original body was killed, you may make a contested Mind roll against the host. The loser becomes a helpless observer as long as you both inhabit their body.
Eviction: If you attempt to force your host to take actions which would violate one of their Limits or their instinct for self-preservation, they must make a Trauma roll. If they succeed, the possession ends and you are evicted from their body. If they fail, they will gain a new Trauma.

This Effect spreads to all targets within 5 feet of the initial target, then to all unaffected targets within 5 feet of them, and so on, jumping a maximum of 5 times. No target may be hit more than once. You cannot hit yourself.
When you die, you may activate this Effect targeting the person that killed you at any range and without any penalty. Its roll is at -1 Difficulty.
When you activate this Effect, instead of occurring immediately, you may choose to delay its effects until the target takes a particular Action. For example: "when they fire a gun" or "when they swim in deep water."
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: WILL OF THE GNOMES.
Over the course of 30 minutes, the user draws a rune related to the desired effect on a corresponding part of the target's body. At the end it absorbs into their skin and disappears, imbuing them with an appropriate power. The rune appears in their mind and strains it somewhat, as with a traumatic experience.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. The target can easily Resist.
You may add one augmentation to your target. Each augmentation counts as a Trauma and can have exactly one of the following Effects:

You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
The Toon performs some sort of cartoonish act of violence. This may be handing someone a bomb, hitting someone with a cartoon mallet, burping a burp that is so noxious it melts flesh, or anything else as long as it is cartoonish.
The attack is more of a throwaway gag than a plot element, so any props or properties of the attack are incidental and disappear immediately. Animated mallets evaporate in a puff of smoke, fire does not spread, and electricity cannot power devices.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 45 feet. Roll Charisma + Performance Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. Armor is fully effective against this damage.

Any information you gather is spoken aloud in conversation and made publicly available.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
As a free creature, The Fairy cannot withstand being caged or imprisioned in any way. Luckily, they possess a glamour that allows them to unlock any lock binding them with a wink of their eye. The lock falls open with a sparkle of light and a sound like a ringing bell.
Spend an Action. Select a door, lock, or locked target within arm's reach. Cannot be used on Alien technology. This Effect cannot be used unless the targeted lock or door is being used to restrain or imprison you.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use a watch or clock to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Science at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, the target will suffer a dice penalty equal to the Outcome for the next 2 Rounds. Dice pools may be reduced all the way down to 0 by this penalty. This breaks Concentration.
You may activate this Effect as a Reaction to contest any Action a valid target is taking, reducing their Outcome by your own. Your command has no impact beyond disrupting their Action.
