The user holds this spherical chunk of stone and squeezes it will all their might over an injury. The stone glows red and becomes more jagged, and cuts into the user's hands. A red fluid oozes from the stone, covering the wound and forming a strange stone-like scab overtop.
"Like getting blood from a stone" - Figure of speech, when it is extremely difficult because of the mood of the person you are dealing with.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend 1 minute. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Brawl at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
This device generates a 3D image of the user's intended destination using floating metal shavings above an antiquated-looking analog console. Upon entering coordinates, the device activates, opening a rift accompanied by electric smoke and the sound of revving engines. When used for spirit walking, the effects are more subtle; the user merely needs to drunkinly walk through the bar as if seeking an exit. Upon leaving, they will find themselves entering any chosen bar, seamlessly transitioning to their new location.
From the perspective of the user, as they walk through the portal/bar, they are transported to a dimension of perfected forms. In the case of walking from bar to bar, there walking through their interpretation of a perfect bar. A large clockwork face of an old man can be seen creating these perfected forms, always with its back to the user.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Location within your line of sight.
You are transported directly to the chosen Location. Anyone who is touching you as you Travel will be brought along with you. You must wait an hour before activating this effect again.
If you traverse any a bar for one minute, you may activate this Effect and travel to the edge of any other a bar that you’re aware of, regardless of range.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
Isaac is able to communicate to those who don’t have a voice, nor life. When used, his tongue morphs into a long maw belonging to another being of unknown origin, it beckons the undead to awaken so that he may speak with them.
This knowledge of this gift instructed him to perform a ritual involving cutting open his tongue and pouring an unknown black liquid on the wounds.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Dead target within 50 feet. For dead targets, you must possess their belonging.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
While active, you may choose to use glib tongue. When you do, anything you say (even gibberish) will be exactly what the target wants to hear. You gain no understanding of what that might be.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see seeing your tongue turn into a green tentacle with a mouth on the end come out of your mouth.
Lucy is a great sneak, and a better pocket, but sometimes fortune isn’t completely in her favor. In times like these, a daring escape is necessary. Luckily in these situations, things just start to fall, people bump, and disturbances happen around her that allow her to slip through the cracks, all while being able to shout profanities at her chasers.
This Effect activates whenever Lucy is chased. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. Roll Dexterity + Athletics at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, the target will suffer a dice penalty equal to the Outcome for the next 1 Round. Dice pools may be reduced all the way down to 0 by this penalty. This breaks Concentration.
Spinning Kicks Slash Uppercut deals a powerful high kick, a sweep and a Slash Uppercut, the kicks may launch the opponent.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within arm's reach. Roll Brawn + Athletics Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. Armor is reduced to 1/2, rounded down against this damage.
You may use this Effect to Defend or Clash in Combat, including against ranged attacks such as firearms.
If the target receives an Injury, they are knocked back 5 * Severity feet.
Charles looks at his targets, eyeing them precariously before he waves his hand, his glove a glint of purple as he snaps, and everyone he didn't point at, gets sent flying as his TK is channeled to its max and uses the glove as a proxy to force push everyone.
Spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use A Glove to activate this Effect. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. Roll Perception + Athletics at Difficulty 6.
Create a repulsion field which extends out 300 feet from you in every direction, and lasts for the next 3 Rounds. Any Animate targets within the field cannot move any closer towards you. If they were within 300 feet from you when you activated the effect, they are immediately pushed back to the edge of the repulsion field.
You must maintain Concentration during this Effect.
When you activate this effect, you may designate any number of specific individuals to exclude from the Effect. Anyone designated in this way is unaffected by the repulsion field, and can approach you as normal.
You must remain standing in the same location while this Effect is active. Moving to a new location will interrupt your Concentration and end the Effect.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Paranoia.
The beastmaster puts their nose to the ground and sniffs about the area. Their feral nostrils tell them what sorts of creatures live in the area, and who lays claim to each region.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Investigate an area with a radius of up to 100 feet Can only be activated while you are in the wilderness. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Survival at Difficulty 6.
You learn the following information about the area:
The priest channels their true faith into a brutal assault on the consciousness of demonic or unholy creatures. By wielding their favored holy symbol, a gilded crucifix, they can put a proper fear of god into them, leaving them cowering at any truly holy things they encounter.
Exert your Mind (unless you have been recently attacked by your target) and spend an Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is undead, demonic, or another evil creature. You must actively and obviously use a gilded cross to activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Occult at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8 with a -3 dice penalty. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain a phobia of holy things as a Trauma. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
The creature's claws rip through the poor, defenseless doctor's coat, opening deep gashes in their gut. It bares its fangs to lunge for the killing blow, but the doctor looks up at the attacker. Their eyes filed not with utter terror at their imminent demise, only a look of disappointment and pity. Touched, the monster hesitates. . .
This Effect activates whenever you receive a Severity 2 or higher Injury from an attack. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Living target within 45 feet. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next minute, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by remorse for hurting such a pure soul. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
As a free creature, The Fairy cannot withstand being caged or imprisioned in any way. Luckily, they possess a glamour that allows them to unlock any lock binding them with a wink of their eye. The lock falls open with a sparkle of light and a sound like a ringing bell.

The spy can twist the urban environment to their whims, erecting fences, walls, and barriers as needed. They whistle and gesture to where the wall should be, and the surrounding materials fly into place.

The alteration begins to form when you activate this Effect and finishes forming on your initiative in the next Round. Until it finishes forming, it is not guaranteed to function.
This alteration lasts one minute but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 6 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through.
