This arm is a translucent, glowing blue limb which appears more like a tentacle than an arm, particularly at the tip as there are no defined fingers, and stretches to reach much farther than a normal arm. With a deep inhale and exhale he can feel the air around him and 'see' it, each breath blowing out of his nose and mouth like steam in the cold. The ebbs and flows of wind currents show him details of the area he is in.
------------------
The Kamatachi shares its senses with him, allowing Ricter to see as he sees (when it feels like it), which is the ability to tell things around them by how the wind flows, curves, and bends around physical structures or people. All it takes is to be calm and relax his breathing, inhaling the air around him he will then exhale which acts like a pulse that envelopes those around him like a gentle breeze and maps it out.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.

The detective can learn a lot by watching someone for a minute. Each subtle detail, every unexplained stain, reveals something about where the target has been. Ocassionally, they'll drop a business card, or explain how to contact them. The detective is listening.

This witch is a cruel and vengeful creature who works her vile arts against those she deems worthy of punishment. All she must do is point. A flash of green lightning strikes her victim and disappears. Immediately, or upon the completion of some condition, if the witch chooses, the victim's body warps and shifts into a gross mockery of its former self. Whether she's giving someone the head of a donkey or stealing their voice, the witch's enemies always get what is coming to them.
