Minerva lets out a breath, kneeling down and closing her eyes. For a moment, she slides into the Dreamlands, and examines the records there, reading the most recent census. As time is malleable in the Dreamlands, it just happened.

Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: kneeling down, and closing her eyes, meditating for a short moment. You must actively and obviously use silver fox pendant to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.

You automatically detect all Alien beings within 1 mile of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

You receive a common name for each being you detect.

You must actively and obviously use A computer to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You automatically detect all Beings watching him with malicious intent within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

Even while this Effect is not active, if any Beings watching him with malicious intent come within 300 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.

Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action.

You automatically detect the closest of any Someone you Speak the name of aloud to the GPS within 50 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense their direction and distance.

Even if there are no Someone you Speak the name of aloud to the GPS within 50 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

Any Someone you Speak the name of aloud to the GPS detected while the effect is active are “marked”. You will continue to detect them until the effect ends, no matter how far away they move. You will also continue to detect them after the effect ends, so long as they remain within 50 feet of you.

  • Any targets that are marked satisfy the line of sight requirement for targeted Effects.

Exert your Mind and spend one minute.

You automatically detect all beings invoking alien energy within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

You receive an energy signature for each being you detect.

All beings invoking alien energy who you can sense are equally able to sense you.

Exert your Mind and spend one minute. This Effect cannot be used unless it lasts for only 1 minute. You must actively and obviously use a prism to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.

You automatically detect all supernatural beings within 100 miles of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

Any supernatural beings detected while this Effect is active are “marked”. You will continue to detect them until the Effect ends, no matter how far away they move. You will also continue to detect them after the Effect ends, so long as they remain within 100 miles of you.

You learn basic information about why each detected being is being detected. For example, if you detect Criminals, you may learn how many crimes they have committed and what type.

You receive a recognisable aura signature for each being you detect.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see a great discomfort to all observers.

After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

You may only use this Effect once per day.

  • When narrating disturbing content, be cognizant of your group's tone and accommodating to those who would like to "fast forward" through the description.

The humming usually reflects the general mood of those in it's initial range. An angry crowd will cause the user to feel compelled to hum a loud and dissonant tone, while more peaceful groups will inspire light and steadier tones. If there's no mood to read, or there is a sufficient mix of emotions, the caster will end up humming the last song that was stuck in their head. Mercifully, it is guaranteed to not get stuck again from this exercise.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Take a knee, close your eyes, hum whatever come naturally, and trace a circle in the ground with the butt of your gun. You must actively and obviously use A.38 Special Revolver to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You automatically detect all fearful humans and murderers within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
