As Amdusias starts playing his violin, he briefly returns to his hairy demonic form for as long as his song goes on. Flames burst from the target area, seemingly billowing rhythmically with the sounds he plays.
A melody so warm it will melt even the coldest hearts, bright enough to light the darkest forest and captivating like ten million fireflies.
Exert your Mind (only for extinguishing a fire, no cost for starting one) and spend an Action. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). You must actively and obviously use a Violin to activate this Effect.
You may start or extinguish a fire as large as a firepit's fire at your target. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 4 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see the violinist turn into a demon.

At the end of your investigation, roll Intellect + Investigation at Difficulty 6. The target resists by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
You learn all the following information about your target:
The quality and specificity of information gained depends on your Outcome.

Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Melee at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
By focusing on whatever item Ollie has his sights on, the area surrounding him gives off a small, but swift reverb. If anyone is nearby, they would feel a noticeable, but weak force. Hyper focusing on the item, and through enhanced neural activity and his preferred action, the item lifts; completing the agitation process and performing, “telekinesis”.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
As long as you maintain Concentration, you can take Actions and interact with things that are within 75 feet without needing to physically touch them or be near them. Lasts for two hours. You transform into a werewolf for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a werewolf, and you can use your equipment. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 1 and your Dexterity is increased by 1. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -2).
Your alternate form renders you unable to speak any human language and incapable of fine object manipulation. You can only hold or grasp objects in a crude, clumsy way.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
While transformed, you automatically fail any Mind roll to resist an impulse and suffer -3 dice on all other Mind rolls.

While transformed, the Werewolf can leap great distances, climbing structures and closing the gap to their prey.
