The herbs in the mask contain many fast acting healing agents only known by few, known the most by Jason.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
Any Injury you receive from a source other than Radiation heals quickly, reducing its Severity by one level each hour. Any Injuries you receive while this Effect is active do not deteriorate over time. However, any Battle Scars caused by such an Injury will remain unless it is Properly Stabilized as normal.
As long as at least half your body remains intact, you cannot die and remain at Incapacitated, regardless of how many Injuries you take. It is clear to observers that you are still alive.
You may Exert your Mind and spend an Action to reduce the Severity of one of your Injuries by 2. Does not affect Injuries suffered as an activation cost for Effects.
All Injuries you receive are considered Properly Stabilized. You may also choose to heal any Battle Scar on yourself that may not have been caused by an Injury. Doing so takes one day, and the Battle Scar affects you fully until that time.
Injuries you receive from Radiation are increased in Severity by 1.
The Grimoire is now bound to your very soul, gilded in heavy chains of gold, the pages drip blood as they are turned and chains rattle restlessly with every hefty thump of the cover.

Whenever this Artifact is unattended and within 300 feet of its true owner, it will fly back to them. When not held or stowed, it floats beside its true owner, moving with them. While within 10 feet, the true owner does not need to touch it to use it.
This Artifact's true owner must have it with them to have restful sleep. They cannot regain Mind or Source while separated from this Artifact.
The kunai is traced along the object, creating ethereal fracture lines. With a final stab into the object it shatters along the traced lines. The wielder of the kunai can see ethereal echoes of the original object. It's a simple matter of acknowledging the echoes to give them the strength to restore the object to its original form.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Trace the kunai along the target to mark out the intended area, then stab into the center. Select a Non-Sapient Object or piece of an Object or structure within arm's reach no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. Roll Dexterity + Athletics (6 dice) Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
When activating this Effect, you may spend an extra minute and maintain Concentration. If you do, it has no Exertion cost, and you may destroy an object which has up to 3x larger dimensions, or up to 27x larger volume than the normal maximum size.
If you have access to the remains of an object you had previously damaged or destroyed, you may spend an Action to un-destroy it.
In the midst of battle, as the Suiryū Heijin is wielded, the obsidian blade seems to come alive with a shadowy iridescence, evoking the fluid grace of a coiling water dragon. Outsiders witness a mesmerizing dance, where each swing of the katana is executed with a tranquil swiftness, deflecting attacks and delivering precise strikes as if guided by an unseen current. The wielder's demeanor exudes composed intensity, their movements weaving a serene yet formidable tapestry that mirrors the depths of a tranquil pond concealing untapped power.
When breaking the opponents weapon it appears as if a dragon bites and snaps it.
In the tapestry of time, the saga of the Suiryū Heijin unfolds in a realm where mystique intertwines with mundane reality. Born from the elemental depths, this katana emerged as a mirror to tranquil waters that had borne witness to centuries' rhythm. Crafted by skilled hands that whispered secrets of both blade and water, its ebony steel embodied the essence of a water dragon, a symphony of power and serenity entwined.
