A 1 Gift Injure Power used by Jeremy Soap, created by shotgunwizard22.
Description
Jeremy Soap blows into a bubble wand, infusing the bubbles with his will. This causes the imbued bubble to launch at high speeds towards a target and slam into it, similar to a cannonball.
System
Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, choose a target within 300 feet, and roll Charisma + Influence Difficulty 6. The target may defend by rolling Brawn + Athletics, Difficulty 6.
Damage dealt equals the difference between your attack roll's Outcome and the defensive roll's (if one was made), plus 2.The target's Armor is Fully Effective.
Enhancements
- Cantrip (Activating this Effect has no Exertion cost, but it can have no more than 3 Drawbacks and its Gift Cost can never be increased above 2.)
