Summon: Blood wings Of Demonic Essence To take the skies in a way disimilar to that of man, I AM ABOVE YOU, HUMANS

1
Requires Seasoned
The power to fly through the air at impressive speeds.
Used by Kaylie Roberts, Created by August.
( You obviously have wings while flying.)

Kaylie knicks herself in the finger then claps her hands, spreading her blood along her hands forming a pentagram and a bright flash appears in her eyes as a flame trail flows from her hands to form a pair of flaming wings that are blood red and smell of ash and sulfur

An aura of flame surrounds the user's arm using their blood, creating a point at which the flames are created due to a sudden heating of gases expanding and creating friction in the air, and immediately conflagrating the target. The posing and glowing eyes assists in controlling the flames directions.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. This Effect remains active for two hours.

As long as you are conscious, you are immune to falling Damage. Additionally, you may glide as you fall, traveling 35 feet horizontally for every 10 feet you fall. While gliding, you fall at a minimum speed of 10 feet per Round.

You may ascend into the air and fly using your flaming demon wings. You don't require extra clear space on any side in order to fly, and get +2 dice for any rolls made to maneuver in mid-air. You may add 50 feet to Movement you take while flying.

You are subject to the following effects while gliding or flying:

  • Ethereal Wings: Your flaming demon wings can no longer be damaged, destroyed, or receive Battle Scars.
  • Earthbound: You cannot fly or glide in an atmosphere thin enough to be unbreathable.
  • Weight-Limited: This Effect is suppressed any time you are over-encumbered.

While this Effect is active, you are at -2 dice to all Actions and cannot Concentrate.

After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

  • Any penalties to dice or movement, including from Encumbrance, are applied as normal. If your movement is reduced to 0 due to encumbrance, you will begin to sink down to the ground.
  • You may activate this Effect while in midair, allowing you to slow and survive any free fall.

Where as loopy transfer the mind with the usage of amnesiacs. The Divergent Strand instead works as like a anchor. Setting a anchor and using the body of the consumer as energy and fuel, to pull the future variant of the target back to the present. In order to make sure that the consumer doesn't undergo full mental retardation, dementia, insanity, or any of the likes (after a few test), A series of amnesiacs are combined with the divergent strand that erases memories past 15 minutes of taking the pill to ensure mental stability.

Sometimes, there's a chance the future variant will be using the pill in the future as well and will spit out the pill, allowing possible future reuse of said pill.

Use up this Blue and white pill (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7) and spend 1 minute. Roll 7 dice Difficulty 6, penalty does not apply.

If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.

This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Disintegrates the body and pulls the future self healed back to the present.

After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.

  • When narrating disturbing content, be cognizant of your group's tone and accommodating to those who would like to "fast forward" through the description.
  • Exhaustion penalties and duration stack. If you activate this Effect or another Effect with Exhaustion, your penalty will worsen, and the duration is increased by one hour.
  • This consumable is destroyed when used and cannot be used again.
  • Unstabilized wounds do not degenerate during treatment.

The trauma roll should be self control and if you fail, you spit it out an then you roll to see if it is destroyed or not

Use up this Bubble gum (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7) and spend an Action. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.

Your Stress from Injuries and Mind Damage is reduced to 0. Lasts three hours.

If you are Stunned, asleep, drugged, or otherwise made unconscious for any reason other than being Incapacitated, you may Exert your Mind to wake up. Any penalty which was caused by this condition is removed.

  • This consumable is destroyed when used and cannot be used again.

Spend a Quick Action.

You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may only stash targets which are in your possession, grappled, or otherwise controlled by you.

You may store Objects in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters), and you may store up to 3 things at a time.

You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Sublimiation: Parts of your body are turning to mist. Particularly your shoulder. You suffer from Shoulder Subluxation.

  • "Equip" refers to drawing a gun, putting on a piece of armor, etc.
  • Containers which hold multiple things may count as a single item so long as the things within are generally packaged together. For instance, you may stash a clip full of bullets, a medical kit full of medical supplies, or a box of crackers, but you cannot stash a backpack full of miscellaneous equipment.
  • You may only attempt to store Objects which are free-standing and disconnected from other things. The use of this Effect will not allow you to sever any connections holding an Object in place.
  • The Maximum Object Size parameter is intended to roughly capture the weight / size restriction of items and isn’t intended to restrict shape. GM discretion is advised. A human being is level 4 in the Maximum Object Size parameter.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

You transform into racoon until you transform into something else or choose to return to your original form. You cannot transform into a flying creature. See the Extended System text for stats.

While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you do not have access to any of your Powers. The equipment you are wearing does not transform with you.

Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.

  • Creature Stats
    • Medium (large house cat up to human) Body 3. Brawn 1. Dexterity 3. Fall damage reduced by 1.
All creatures get +3 dice to any non-combat Action that they are naturally adapted for. All creatures Medium and larger may attack by rolling Body, dealing +0 Damage (+1 for “predators”). Gms and Playgroup leaders can apply other bonuses and effects to specific animals.
  • Animals that are quicker than humans (like dogs) have 50 feet of Free Movement. Animals that are very slow (like turtles) have 0 feet of Free Movement.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Roll Intellect + Technology at Difficulty 6.

If you succeed, you create a barrier around yourself, which absorbs the next Outcome + 2 Damage up to a maximum of half the total damage from a given attack, the rest of which penetrates through to it’s target. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor, and is treated like Armor by any effects such as Armor Penetration. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.

The barrier will fall after two hours, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.

You leave a golden glow shaped like yourself at your location.

  • If you use this Effect to dodge as a Reaction, it succeeds without the need for a roll. Cannot be used as a Desperate Defense.
  • You may use your Free Movement on the Round you phase back in, but you cannot take an Action.
