This Effect activates whenever the user wishes to do so. It does not require an Action or Exertion. “Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. This Effect cannot be used unless it is implemented onto an artifact, the user is great, the user wants to create something, and the user is alive.
Choose a specific type of Object or Creature (These Creatures are untrained and do not recognize you.) which could fit inside an SUV (up to 4,000 liters). It must be Non-Alien but can include rare materials (such as radium, gold, or drugs). Rare objects and their materials last no longer than 45 minutes.. You can create explosives, but they are limited in size to being no larger or more powerful than a satchel charge. You cannot create firearms. The things you create can be bespoke and custom-made. This is limited to any object that can be constructed by an ordinary professional in the relevant trade or craft.
Roll Dexterity + Alertness to fabricate up to 5 copies of your chosen Object. The Difficulty is assigned by the GM and depends on the specificity of your chosen Object. Your created items no longer expire, and will last until they are destroyed.
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
The Whispering Hate's Tendrils glow a bright red color before ejecting a mass of soul energy towards the target.
This Artifact can be used as a crossbow. It is roughly the same size as a crossbow and just as difficult to conceal.
Attack by rolling Dexterity + Firearms, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +4 Weapon Damage. Attacks do not require a successful called shot to do damage.
This item is a living thing. When targeted, it counts as a Living Creature in addition to its other target types. If destroyed or abandoned for more than two days, it dies and becomes unusable.

a very green spongy arm that has the power to harden enough to punch but also is able to squeeze into tight places

You gain an additional limb that functions as a standard human arm and hand. Lasts two hours.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Your extra appendage can be used to attack in exactly the same manner as a Katana.
Your appendage is capable of bending and squishing in normally-impossible ways. It may fit through any gap that is not water-tight and retain its functionality.
You may dedicate your extra Quick Action to contest any attempt to escape your Grapples. If you do so, you roll your full dice pool to contest and retain your Action.
You may turn this Effect on and off at will during its duration.
Your Extra Appendage is incapable of fine object manipulation.
Every time The Maiden fires, the arrows it's decorated with flash a brilliant green along side the muzzle. The wounds left behind glow a verdant green and blood flees from the newly provided exit as if possessed.
A gift from the Goddess Artemis, the Agrotera. It's wielder pledges themselves to the Hunt, and must care for the gun as if it was a member of their family, or risk Artemis revoking the boon she so kindly gave.
This Artifact can be used as a shotgun. It is roughly the same size as a shotgun but can be collapsed into an icon of Artemis and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: After killing, Roll Self Control to not immediately carve the symbol of Artemis in the corpse. Successfully carving the symbol takes at least 1 action. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.

Instead of a barrel, it's got two metal rods, one over the other, reinforced on the top and bottom with a black casing.

This Artifact can be used as a handgun. It is roughly the same size as a handgun and just as difficult to conceal.

The Axe of Legend's blade has been imbued with the metal of the dark lord of rock and roll. It shreds chords and flesh. The rock god commanding it may recall it to their hand at will.

The 255TE "Lancer" Rife fires an extremely deadly spike of plasma at its targets. It comes standard with a volume control, allowing the soldier to mute its normally fearsome lightning crack report for stealth missions. When not in use, it can collapse into a small metal disk that can fit into any utility belt.
This Artifact can be used as a rifle. It is roughly the same size as a rifle but can be collapsed into a metallic disk and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

The airship of solitude is the mad scientist's lair and preferred mode of travel. Not only does it include a full science laboratory, it can be collapsed into an incredibly small canvas cube and easily transported. The mad scientist may pilot the ship alone or rely on its autopilot features for ultimate convenience.
This Artifact can be used as a blimp. It is roughly the same size as a blimp but can be collapsed into a phone-sized canvas cube and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This blimp has full science laboratory, bullet-proof envelope, and ample parachutes. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.
You also gain the following effects:
The lightning bracers can be activated to summon a thunderbolt into the wearer's hand. Throwing these thunderbolts makes an incredibly loud boom. Once a thunderbolt is in hand, the wearer can throw as many as they wish. The electricity from these bolts will jump between nearby targets.
This Artifact produces ephemeral projectiles that can be used as a javelin. It is roughly the same size as a javelin but can be collapsed into a pair of bronze bracers and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

The spy can do up their passport to appear as any valid form of identification.
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a passport and just as difficult to conceal.
Whenever you show this Artifact to someone, you may give a general description of an Object within the category of forms of identification, and anyone who hears the description and sees the Artifact will have their mind fill in the details to complete the illusion.
The way the Artifact is seen can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
