Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a number of Living targets equal to your Charisma within 45 feet. You must actively and obviously use a coin to activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Alertness at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6 -3 dice.
If you succeed, for the next hour, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by confidence. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
When your target interacts with any valid target, they must roll Self-Control or be swept up in the same emotion. New targets pass it on as well, and so on, with the remaining duration decreasing by half until the chain stops.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
Contacts an individual via UI interaction, searching for them by username and manually typing out the message in the air.
ORCAnnihilator is subscribed to a premium messaging service within NEO-GENIS that bypasses typical chat and comm functionalities, interacting with them directly via UI and Menu elements. Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location.
You may send a single message to your target. It can be no more complicated than a multi-page letter or a long email.
The message will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
The mare's most classic trick: with a touch, they may render a target unable to move. The target's limbs do not follow their commands; they are trapped in their own body. Blue ethereal flames surround their body, locking it in place.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target was asleep in the past 12 hours. Roll Charisma + Occult at Difficulty 6. the target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, your target will be restricted at their location by an intangible, ethereal binding. They can still move their arms and use Effects, but cannot move to a new location.
Restricted targets may attempt to break the binding and escape by spending an Action and rolling Mind at Difficulty 7. Breaking free requires a total cumulative Outcome of twice the original Contested Outcome.
Your bindings affect intangible beings like ghosts.

The cloud feels surprisingly solid beneath his feet, and a sense of lightness envelops him. With a focused mind, Pete maintains his concentration, ensuring the ritual's success. He stands on the cloud, which gently rises, lifting him above the ground.
The cloud, now carrying Pete, begins to move smoothly and silently. As he gains altitude, he feels an exhilarating sense of freedom. The landscape below grows smaller, and the wind rushes past him. For two hours, Pete soars through the skies, exploring the world from a bird's-eye view, immune to the dangers of falling and reveling in the unmatched freedom of flight. The cloud, seemingly imbued with ancient magic, hints at its legendary origin tied to the mythical Monkey King.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Pete Whistles and waits for a small cloud to descend from the sky he dodges it with a somersault landing on top then. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. This Effect remains active for two hours.
As long as you are conscious, you are immune to falling Damage. Additionally, you may glide as you fall, traveling 35 feet horizontally for every 10 feet you fall. While gliding, you fall at a minimum speed of 10 feet per Round.
You may ascend into the air and fly using your Small Cloud. You require 10 feet of clear space on all sides to fly. You may add 50 feet to Movement you take while flying.

Any rolls made for Actions taken in this way use a Mental Strength of 4 in place of your Brawn rating, a Mental Agility of 1 in place of your Dexterity, and otherwise use your own Attributes and Abilities.

True to their namesake, the hacker can penetrate the security of any computer system, granting access to its informational stores, or, in a pinch, allowing them to issue commands. The hacked system will display a flickering image of a ghost until it is dismissed.
While hacking, The Technician's fingers move with supernatural speed, blurring like a ghost.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Computer within arm's reach. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
If your command does not require bypassing the security of the target (for example, typing on a computer that is unlocked), you do not need to Exert your Mind to activate this Effect, and activation only takes a single Action.
Your Hack cannot be reversed through mundane means for a number of hours equal to your Outcome.
Every hack you make leaves behind a flickering image of a ghost in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
The psychic can glean various important details about a person simply by engaging in a short conversation with them.
Spend one minute. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. You must actively converse with the individual in question for one minute in order to gather any information. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Influence at Difficulty 6.

While transformed, the Werewolf can leap great distances, climbing structures and closing the gap to their prey.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location which is at most 75 feet away horizontally or 15 feet away vertically. This Effect cannot be used unless you are in werewolf form.
You jump to the chosen location. If the landing is precarious, the GM may call for a roll to land safely. You will never take fall damage from successfully landing a jump made with this Effect.
You may opt to trade your free movement for a Super Leap if you are jumping less than 50 feet or if you are closing a gap to an opponent and spend your Action on an attack.

You transform into your own corpse for one minute. While transformed, you may control the functioning of the object you have transformed into. You can perceive your surroundings as normal. You can be targeted as a Non-Living, Sapient Object.
If you are damaged while transformed, the damage is realized when you return to normal. If you are damaged before you transform, your inanimate form will appear partially damaged.
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.

If you succeed, the target receives a new Battle Scar of your choosing, limited by the contested Outcome:
