Choose an Object which could fit inside a large luggage bag (up to 75 liters). It must be Non-Alien and generic. You cannot create explosives. You may create firearms.
Roll Dexterity + Crafts to fabricate up to 5 copies of your chosen Object. The Difficulty is assigned by the GM and depends on the specificity of your chosen Object. The created item lasts 2 hours.
Possession of this Artifact causes the following Battle Scar to manifest over the course of a day: Weak Stomach. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Battle Scar heals over the course of the next day.
The eye of the amulet glows a bright red as, in a flash, the user is transformed into a massive horned frog with faint glowing eyes.

You transform into a giant frog for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a giant frog, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 2 and your Dexterity is increased by 2. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
Your body is adapted to Swimming. You receive +3 dice on non-attack rolls related to Swimming.
While transformed, instead of your normal clothes and equipment, you are equipped with: nothing
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
Your alternate form renders you unable to speak any human language and incapable of fine object manipulation. You can only hold or grasp objects in a crude, clumsy way.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their body and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Battle Scar: Mucus Layer. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Battle Scar heals over the course of the next day.
While transformed, you automatically fail any Mind roll to resist an impulse and suffer -3 dice on all other Mind rolls.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Insectivore. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.
Maria is engulfed in a wreathe of licking flames, and, with a terrifying whinny and a clattering of hooves, emerges as a nightmare. As a nightmare, she appears as a large black horse with dead, white eyes and flaming mane, tail, and fetlocks. These flames are not hot to the touch. She snorts black billows of smoke and has an otherworldly whinny that sends shivers down the spines of mortals.

While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you do not have access to any of your Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
While transformed, you may speak and use any Influence or Communication Powers you posses.
While transformed, you are obviously unusual, unnatural, or alien, and the average person will take a special interest in you.
Yuta extends his hand, eyes glowing with cold light. The air crackles with dark energy, and a swirling shadowy portal forms at his feet. From the abyss, Igris emerges clad in pitch-black armor, his red eyes burning like embers. His massive sword gleams with a spectral light as he steps forward, each movement echoing with a metallic dread. The air turns frigid, the shadows whisper, and a heavy silence falls, filled with the promise of imminent destruction.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use Ring to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.
Summon a single shadow at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
As the user raises the cigarette up to their mouth and lights it with a match or lighter, the smoke from the cigarette would begin to encase the body of the user. All before it would completely envelope them. Obscuring them from the sight of anyone that looked.
Use up this Cigarette and spend one minute to activate.
You and any clothes or equipment you are wearing are partially obscured from sight for the next 10 minutes. All attempts to detect you using sight are rolled at a -3 dice penalty, and all attempts to detect you where sight would assist are rolled at -1 penalty.
Entering Combat or being Injured does not cause the Effect to end early. Anyone you attack will immediately notice you; anyone else may re-roll to notice you each time you take a Combat action, at -1 Difficulty per Combat action you have taken. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for 1 minute.
The ring is persistently cold and slightly vibrates as if keeping in a small storm at all times. The wielder concentrates on the gemstone in the center of the ring focusing on thoughts of cold environments. The wielder pinches the crack in the gemstone and draws forth one of the orbs, the orbs are about the size of a quarter when withdrawn. Toss the orb into the air causes the ball to expand to a radius of 15 feet around the wielder protecting them from outside harm. From the outside it appears that the protected area is covered by a whirling blizzard but on the inside the area is completely calm and cool, like a refrigerator. When struck by an outside force the blizzard bursts out and strikes the attacker with the same ferocity it was attacked with. In order to maintain concentration ritualistic chants in Tibetian must be constantly fed into the ring.

Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action or Reaction. Roll Intellect + Culture at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a Barrier extending out 15 feet from yourself, which absorbs 2 times the next Outcome + 2 Damage. Only applies to attacks which originated outside the 15 foot radius, and protects anyone who is within that radius. Any Damage absorbed by the barrier is reflected back to the attacker, up to a maximum of the Barrier Strength Parameter’s bonus. Their Armor applies in full. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. This Artifact may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
The Vampire may channel their inner beast and take the form of an animal. It is said they may transform into either a wolf or a bat. If used too often, the Vampire risks losing themselves to their beast forever.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma.

The werewolf unleashes their inner beast, transforming into an imposing hybrid of human and wolf. Their head reforms into that of a wolf, robbing them of speech but bestowing a maw of deadly fangs. Grey fur sprouts from their body as it swells with muscle, ripping any tight-fitting clothes. While transformed, the werewolf is impulsive and driven more by instinct than logic.
If The Werewolf is struck my moonlight, they are compelled to transform.

You transform into a werewolf for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a werewolf, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 2 and your Dexterity is increased by 2. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -1).

After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
While transformed, you automatically fail any Mind roll to resist an impulse and suffer -3 dice on all other Mind rolls.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Whenever you are struck by the light of a full or gibbous moon, you must roll Self-Control to resist transforming. Triggers a max of once per night.
The aquamancer has internal reserves of water that they may call upon when needed, and it will gush out of the pores in their skin wherever it is directed.
