The offering complete Leon's spiritform gains the power to assume a presence on the material and as it surges forward it delves into the left eye of the target, forcing itself into the beings tear ducts as Leon forcibly conquers the soul of the target, subjugating it as he takes over the person in a perverse corruption of typical fox-possession.

Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
The user adopts a more imposing posture, and gains access to an invisible keyboard only he can see. From this "terminal" of sorts, the user sends an e-mail to the target, that appears as a transparent pop up window in front of their eyes, and tells them that if they don't complete the assignment given, they'll be fired. Being employed or not, the target's mind will distort this concept to grant him some kind of fear of rejection or hopelessness similar to being fired.

Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action and a conditional request. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-endangering or self-destructive.
