He spills a bit of alcohol on an open wound to create a minion (His minions are called his customers, outside of contracts they manage his bar cleaning and such) spawning from the pooling liquid dressed in a similar style of attire to him and they have two wide wings on their back, they are smaller than him

"Hey, hey THORN? Little help here please?!"
Thorn is by all means a normal looking crow, stubborn, insistent, and generally giving the impression that he's here because he wants to be. He is almost completely vocally silent and sticks to Sycamore for reasons they can't quite figure out yet, humoring their trust building exercises and now offering aid when he knows they need it.
Thorn was found at the same time as the first body Sycamore discovered. He seems to fill the role of familiar; Syc knew his name as soon as he addressed him, and always did, instinctively. Thorn has been in the shadows since Syc was 10.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Summon a single Thorn at your location. They will last for two hours, or until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.

Minions have 4 Body and can make ranged attacks at targets up to 30 feet away with 5 dice to attack and +1 Damage. Your minions can move 20 feet per Round as Free Movement, and double that when performing an all-out Sprint. They cannot dodge or Defend. They have dog-level intelligence, and cannot communicate back to you. Any Perception checks they make are rolled with 3 dice.
The bearer of the Ring of Dreams raises their hand up and open wide as if holding a large spherical object, as gold flecked shadows of deep purple pour like water from their open palm to the ground below. With the firm closing of the bearers hand into a fist the shadow coalesces into tangible form, appearing to each observer - a different shape and appearance, that of their deep-seated fears, or the closest physical manifestation of them.
Be they real or imagined, physical, or metaphysical, the fears of the onlooker rise from the inky mist into a shape recognizable. Each form uniquely tailored to the onlookers subconscious. The golden flecks of dust expand and cover the beings' surface with color and texture to better align with the illusion. In truth, the being is nothing more than a homunculus made of Oneiromantic magic, bound to the ring and the will of it's master. Shapeless in nature, the creature lashes out with tendrils and pseudopods that extend from its mass, which stays whole and moves as one entity, creating leg like appendages and stepping to the stride of the forward leg or legs, as the previous legs are reabsorbed into the mass.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action.
Summon a single Nightmare spawn at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. This Artifact may have at most 2 minions active at a time.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see a being composed of their subconcious fears.
The artifact holds at least one demon bound to obey the commands and will of the wielder and advance their interests. When used a demon crawl's its way out of the object, and leap out, looking for enemies.
The demon in this iteration looks like a small creature of shadow, about the proportions of a human 10 year old, but stretched upwards to be thin and lanky with dark scales, blank white eyes, and clawed fingers. When firing at range, the shoot dark blades the dissipate after impact.
The demon has a mental connection with its user that the user can feel as long as the demon is alive. The user can hear them speak through this connection, and send commands.
This artifact is made by summoning a demon, making a deal with it, and binding it to the object in a long ritual.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action.
Summon a single Bound shadow Imp at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. This Artifact may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
With the clap of Mort's hands, "Chuckles" crawls out of the ground. His paint is smeared with gore, his innards leaking ever so slightly out of his multi-colored waistcoat. He's capable of slight speech, although all you'll get out of him is bad jokes.
Chuckles acts completely separately to Mort and therefore cannot take commands from him unless he makes a Cha+Influence roll (Difficulty 8). Every 30 minutes he is active, Chuckles must attack somebody. He prefers to target civilians over the supernatural, they apparently "taste funny". He cannot be dissuaded from attacking a person, a Cha+Inf roll can be made to try to convince him to switch targets though.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

The Vampire is able to turn one of their victims into a lesser vampire, a pale shadow of a full creature of the night but useful nonetheless. Having drained and killed their target, the Vampire performs a brief ritualistic bloodletting, wherein they spill their own blood into the target's mouth, forcing them to drink, and bonding them together as child and sire.
Shortly afterwards, the fledgling vampire will rise from death, hungry for blood and eager to serve.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within arm's reach that has died within the last hour. This Effect cannot be used unless you drained the target's blood while they were still alive.
Your target rises as an Animate being. The raised creature is totally mindless, with no memory of its past life or hint of its old personality. They cannot communicate. They will follow any command you speak.
The creature lasts until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion. The raised creature must consume flesh every day or it will die again.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Charisma and Intellect are set to 1, but their Dexterity, Brawn and Perception are the same as they had in life. A raised creature cannot use any Effects.
Your revived targets deal 2 Weapon Damage with their unarmed attacks.
