You may perceive things through Sight within 75 feet of you with perfect clarity as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view. The effect lasts indefinitely but you must maintain Concentration to keep it up.
You may perceive through up to 15 feet of material. The Difficulty of all Perception rolls made through a wall are increased by 1 per wall.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
- This does not satisfy the Line of Sight requirement for targeted Effects.

Offr.com: What's it worth?
"Most people know Offr.com as the home of the gig economy: a website where you can find a buyer for your old couch, and a worker to haul it away. It’s the home of everything from marketplace goods and bespoke commissions to task fulfillment and transportation services. Some whisper about less-than-legal deals being available on a 'dark web' version of Offr.com. The company denies these claims."
Sooner or later, all Contractors receive an invitation to join Offr Red, the secret membership tier. Offr Red members gain access to exclusive high-confidence, anonymous services. They can sell extraordinary items to Offr or put them up for auction for other Offr Red members to bid on. Crafty Contractors rejoice!
On rare occasions, Offr can even make deals to tie up pesky Loose Ends. However, they always demand a special favor in return.

Diagnostic Insight
"There's your problem right there..."
Taking the form of glasses, goggles, even a welding mask, this artifact has a ring of tiny runes surrounding the lens or lenses. When infused with power, they glow visibly to observers, though not obstructively to the user. The user can peer through several feet of solid materials to, say, diagnose damage inside an engine, find a secret mechanism behind a bookshelf, or scan someone for hidden weapons.

A splitting headache, and Archie’s eyes and the veins under them glow like the lights of whatever location he’s viewing, usually fluorescent white (but sometimes neon bisexual).
Really, Archie can’t stand not knowing what’s going on. His interns and employees always suspected Archie could tell what was going on without him there, but now he doesn’t need to check security cameras…
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect.
You may perceive things within 75 feet of you as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next five minutes.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is Archie presses his hands to his eyes. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Any Perception rolls made through obstacles are rolled at +1 Difficulty.

Ever-Vigilant Eyes

After making a brief request to his benefactor and paying off the favor with a smoke break, Frank's face begins to flush a dreary black. Every ounce of his being begins to focus on his vision, his perception of the outside world... granting him the brief ability to view it all completely unhindered.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. You must use up a cigarette in order to activate this Effect.
You may perceive things through sight within 500 feet of you with perfect clarity as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next 30 minutes.
You may perceive through up to 15 feet of material. The Difficulty of all Perception rolls made through a wall are increased by 1 per wall.

"Did you hear what she said about me?"
The influencer is 100% tuned-in to any sort of chatter about themselves. Any time someone nearby so much as whispers about them, they know who they were and what they said.
This Effect activates whenever someone talks about you. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target Location within 75 feet. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.
You may perceive things through hearing as if you were standing at that Location for the next 30 minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.
- When triggered, the Effect activation resolves immediately after the triggering Action. It is not Reaction speed.
- This does not satisfy the Line of Sight requirement for targeted Effects.
Astral Glance
To see beyond, you must open your third eye.
The mystic enters a meditation while focusing on a remote location. A glowing sigil of an eye appears on their forehead, and a ghostly image of themselves meditating appears at the location they are envisioning. For a brief period, they may see the area they are projecting to as though they were standing there.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target Location within 75 feet.
You may perceive things as if you were standing at that Location. The effect lasts indefinitely but you must maintain Concentration to keep it up. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.
You create a visible manifestation at the Location where your senses are projected which looks like a ghostly image of yourself meditating.
