Sora begins to speak as Drago glows a deep red. Their words are no longer English, instead they are some kind of other language, matching no known tongue and yet, all of them at the same time. His target, despite never hearing this language gains an intuitive knowledge of what he is saying.

You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using Chimera Drago to gain the benefits of this Effect.

You may understand and communicate to Creatures, humans, and Sapient beings as if you are fluent in a relevant language.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: As good as my word - any time you make a promise or deal with someone, you must roll self control to break that promise a failure results in 3 mind damage.
