Gaea's Blessing (Sense) Those touched by Gaea are imbued with extra senses, but are also marked physically as her champions.
The bearer of Gaea's Blessing has the ability to see in the dark and have enhanced hearing. My ears are now pointed and my eyes are yellow and slitted.
Gaea's Blessings comes in many forms. This particular version is intended to allow her chosen champion to feel equally comfortable fighting for her at night as they would in the day. The bearer of this blessing is granted the enhanced senses of an Apex Predator.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Sight: You can see perfectly in dark and even pitch-black environments. You suffer no dice penalty due to darkness.
- Sight: You can see things that are up to a mile away as though you were only standing twenty feet away, provided your view is unobstructed.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

8AST's eyes can cycle through various modes of vision - a few different modes that help in low- and no-light situations, as well as an extreme magnification mode.
After getting an eye gouged out in its first contract, 8AST decided to make a few upgrades before putting it back in. While at it, it popped out the other eye as well and made sure both were up to the new standard.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Sight: You can see perfectly in dark and even pitch-black environments. You suffer no dice penalty due to darkness.
- Sight: You can see things that are normally invisible to the naked eye, such as fingerprints and bacteria.
- Your microscopic vision requires a close look at a very small, specific area to use. It does not grant increased distance vision, it simply provides a higher resolution, allowing you to see finer and finer detail.
Cambion's Eye
Amos can imbue the power of enhanced vision into amulets in the shape of eyes. When worn, these amulers made the sclera blacken, and users find their lust for all sight comes at the expense of other senses.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Sight: You can see perfectly in dark and even pitch-black environments. You suffer no dice penalty due to darkness.
- Sight: You can see things that are up to a mile away as though you were only standing twenty feet away, provided your view is unobstructed.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their body and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Battle Scar: Sense Exchange: Roll a d4 each day (1 - Hearing, 2 - Taste, 3 - Touch, 4 - Smell). Dependant on the result, you have a +1 Difficulty to rolls relating to that sense for the next day, and any Failures count as Botches instead.. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Battle Scar heals over the course of the next day.

Darlin' slithers their way into Valentine's senses, Replacing them with alien organ carefully crafted by Darlin'.
Valentine's olfactory system is coated with shades of cartoonish pinks and blacks, The receptors inside Valentine's nose being changed into more alien tendrils traveling up to Valentine's olfactory bulb.
Valentine's ear canal has been coated with shades of cartoonish pinks and blacks, The oval membrane and ear drum changed into more sensitive alien tendrils, allowing for more nuanced hearing.
Valentine's eyes have been visibly changed, The once vibrant yellow eyes have been given dark black splotches with black rings coming from the pupil to the sclera.
Valentine's senses have been heightened to superhuman levels due to these new enhancements and giving them an edge over their future endeavors.
Valentine's training has been going well, They're getting better and better at improving their bond with Darlin' and will soon set out to accomplish their goal.

- Smell: Your nose is highly sensitive and can differentiate between scents the way a dog can, as well as recognize things you have smelled before.
- Sight: You can see perfectly in dark and even pitch-black environments. You suffer no dice penalty due to darkness.
- Electroreception: You may detect electromagnetic fields, electric currents, and even neurological activity in a 50 foot radius from yourself at all times. When detecting neurological activity, you learn nothing but the creature's rough size.
- Hearing: You may hear sounds of sub- and hyper-sonic frequencies, allowing you to hear tiny things (mice, insects, etc) better, and pick up on the vibrations of massive things (earthquakes, atmospheric disruptions, etc) long before others.
Any senses which have been heightened cannot be overloaded. Battle Scars you receive cannot affect these senses.
- When you are within 50 feet of range, your electroreception sense is sufficient for aiming.
- Examples of overloading a sense include: an explosion causing temporary deafness, a bright light causing blindness, a sedative causing numbness, etc.
Stalking Predator
You possess supernatural perception to aid you in hunting those unfortunate ti be in the dark with you.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Smell: Your nose is highly sensitive and can differentiate between scents the way a dog can, as well as recognize things you have smelled before.
- Sight: You can see perfectly in dark and even pitch-black environments. You suffer no dice penalty due to darkness.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Grisly.
The Calls Perception
The user is blessed by The Calls energy. Their eyes shift to the ones its very being used to sense prey, Their ears upper helix has been covered in rough scales with purple/red coloring.

The beastmaster closes their eyes and channels nature's bloody struggle for survival. When their eyes reopen, they catch the light and glow red like a dog's. While in this heightened state, they may sense heat signatures and triangulate the tiniest sound.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way. Lasts for three hours.
- Thermal: You are able to "see" heat signatures within your line of sight.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
- Your thermal vision allows you to judge temperatures of surfaces fairly accurately as long as they are within livable temperatures.
