Upon selecting the item of choice to repair, the user, must splash a surge of ink over the desired object. It completely surrounds the object for a few seconds before coagulating together beneath the object, into a pool of ink that bubbles and boils. From it, a spectre will rise from the Well beneath- an amalgamation that looks as if comprised of various humans and creatures stitched together by someone who failed biology. It looks different each time.
An incomplete drawing of the object will then appear on the sketchbook, reflecting the damaged parts of the object they desire to repair. The user will then need to fill in the incomplete drawing using nothing but their own drawing skills. As the user slowly completes the sketch, the spectre will reach down into the well, pull out various creatures from the Well, tear them into pieces, and melt them down into viscous blobs of ink, and mold them into the object. The ink will gradually take form into the vehicle and root itself within it.
This ritual is fragile- if the user is unable to finish it in its entirety, the repaired parts will melt back into ink and sploosh onto the ground.
Matter and energy can not be created or destroyed. Its fuel must come from somewhere.
Spend 1 Action. Select a Object within arm's reach that is of any size. You may target Alien technology, so long as you have an understanding of its intended function. When repairing Alien targets, you must Exert your Mind. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma. More than half the target object must be present in order to begin repairs. Roll Perception + Crafts at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target is repaired back to a functional state. If you fail, you spend the full time working before realizing you cannot repair the target. If your target only requires fuel or power and is otherwise in working order, this Effect costs no Exertion, and the target is fueled/powered for the next 24 hours.
Frankie channels the fae magic within his gloves into the silverware hes holding, with a burst of ferocity and brutality he rips into the target pulling chunks out of them and consuming them leaving their body and soul ravaged as he is replenished. to complete a transfer he may some times have to force feed the target chunks of his flesh as well.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action. Select two Sapient targets within arm's reach. You must use up Silverware Fork and Knife in order to activate this Effect. If a target does not consent to the transfer, you must roll Brawn + Athletics at Difficulty 6 to use the effect on them. They can resist by rolling either Body or Mind at Difficulty 6, depending on what you are attempting to transfer to them.
You may choose one each of as many things as you like from the following to transfer between your two targets:
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Literal cannibalisms.
Whenever you transfer an Injury, it's Severity increases by 1. Whenever you transfer Mind damage or Traumas, the recipient takes an additional Mind damage.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
The bandages on the user's body slither and stretch to wrap around a target injury-- even slipping through any orifices (typically the opening of the wound) to pack and treat internal damage. Once covered, the wound regenerates with the blood infused in the bandages until it heals, after which they retract to their original worn positions.
(Ability: Brawn + BRUTALITY)
Expend a point of Battery and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you take a Severity-4 Injury as the bandages crush and constrict you in the process. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Melee at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain. Your patient is required to consume a pint of human blood for every subsequent day for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see bandages twisting and slithering like monstrous tendrils.

Select one of the following alterations to create out of Black stone originating at the target:
The alteration begins to form when you activate this Effect and finishes forming on your initiative in the next Round. Until it finishes forming, it is not guaranteed to function.
This alteration lasts indefinitely but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 3 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.
You may sculpt your walls, domes, or tunnels as you create them, without any additional activation time or cost.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see the souls of the damn coagulate and get crushed with the metal to form the large stones formed by the armour.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Animate target within arm's reach. Roll Intellect + Alertness at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a Barrier extending out 15 feet from your target, which absorbs 2 times the next (Outcome +4) Damage. Only applies to attacks which originated outside the 15 foot radius, and protects anyone who is within that radius. You may choose to create a bubble barrier. If you do, no physical objects or entities can pass into your bubble until the barrier is broken, but you and the barrier cannot move. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. This Artifact may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.

This HUD contains information about the soldier's ammunition and shield status, but more significantly can detect enemy combatants.
