Description

Timmy flicks a Lego at the target. It lands just perfectly that it gets under their foot, and by the magic of having to step on a Lego, it bypasses every barrier they have. Howling in pain, the target will be forced to curl up on the ground and hold their foot for the duration of the power's extend, all while Timmy laughs in the background.

System

Choose an Animate target within 300 feet, spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and roll Dexterity + Crafts Difficulty 6, contested by the target rolling to dodge or Defend (as for an attack with a thrown weapon) as a Reaction. If you succeed, they take a dice penalty equal to your Outcome for 2 rounds. Affected targets cannot Concentrate.

If their total dice penalty from all sources exceeds their Mind, they are instead stunned for 2 rounds and cannot act.

Drawbacks

  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
    • Object - Cargo Shorts
  • Fuel (Using this Effect consumes some material good in addition to its other costs.)
    • Fuel Unit - A 4x2 lego brick
