Legacy Power: The Blade of Providence

I dunno how I got this, but I've never been one to question the will of providence.

A 2 Gift Melee Mastery Power used by Edward Grimm, created by Lerinyth.

Description

A sword extends from my arm, able to hack and slash as needed. It is normally hidden, seeming just a bit of metal on my arm, but a hidden compartment opens and the blade shoots out, able to retract it instantly as well

System

Passive, always in effect. Attacks with will do +1 more damage. The target's Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up.

Enhancements

  • Mjolnir (You may call your weapon back to your hand as a Quick Action [-2 dice] if it is within 50 feet. Works on any weapon this Mastery applies to that you have held in the past hour.)

    • None - It returns to the inside of my scabbard

  • Bullet Parry (You may use a Reaction to Defend against any Melee, thrown, or projectile Attack in range of your Attacks.)
  • Dismember (If one of your attacks causes a Battle Scar, you may choose for it to be some form of dismemberment, depending on the Severity of the Injury you caused.)

Drawbacks

  • Unique Weapon (This Power takes the form of a specific, unique weapon, which can be borrowed, lost, or stolen.)
    • Weapon - Golden telescopic sword normally stored inside of my arm and not easily detected

Additional Damage: 1 ( +1 ) Armor Effectiveness: 1 ( Reduced to 1/2, rounded up )
