Description
The Rocker opens their mouth, and their angelic voice flows forth capturing the attention of anyone around.
Charisma + Performance, Hearing based
System
Choose a sense when you take this Power. Creatures that cannot perceive you via that sense cannot be targeted.
Hearing
Exert your Mind, choose a target within [[range]], and make a contested roll Charisma + Performance. If successful, you have the target's full attention for Outcome in minutes. They automatically fail any roll related to noticing anything other than you.
The effect ends early if the target receives an Injury or enters Combat.
This does not affect their opinion of you or their mood, and they may take any Action while affected (including attacking), as long as that Action centers on you.
Enhancements
- Willful End (You may end this Effect before its duration has elapsed as a Free Action.)
- Concealed (Using this Effect is not obvious. Choose a Tell that occurs only when you use the Effect; if-- and only if-- someone suspects that a Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.)
- Additional-Target (You may select an additional target for each application of this Enhancement.)
Drawbacks
- Tunnel Vision (While this Effect is active, you are at -2 dice to all Actions and cannot Concentrate.)
- Fan Dance (This Effect lasts as long as you maintain Concentration.)
