Description

When used, the leash either restains the target or acts as a whip and hits them for +2 damage.

System

Passive, always in effect. Attacks with will do +2 more damage. The target's Armor is Fully Effective.

Enhancements

  • Heavy Strikes (If you are attacking with a blunt weapon, if your attack causes an Injury you may choose to knock the target down and back 15 feet. Standing up is typically a Quick Action.)

Additional Damage: 2 ( +2 ) Armor Effectiveness: 0 ( Fully Effective )
