Description

When used, the leash either restains the target or acts as a whip and hits them for +2 damage. The whip-leash looks almost like it moves on its own when it wraps around targets to restrain them. The whip-leash extends and streches depending on how many leashes are combined in the moment.

System

Passive, always in effect. Attacks with will do +2 more damage. The target's Armor is Fully Effective.

Enhancements

  • Heavy Strikes (If you are attacking with a blunt weapon, if your attack causes an Injury you may choose to knock the target down and back 15 feet. Standing up is typically a Quick Action.)
