Downtime
A New Beginning
I'm not sure if I was traumatized or what after what happened with this contract. I left earlier than Gregor and Eric while still in kind of a daze. While on the ride to the airport, I kept thinking if all contracts will be like this in the future. I thought it was going to be just a simple investigation and travelling with strangers. Didnt expect to go that route.
Before going home, I decided to buy a leather jacket. Thinking it would help with future contracts. While on the flight home, I thought about what happened and made up my mind to improve myself, not just with the gift I received but also in some other ways that could help.
Once back home, I thought of a plan of conducting some experiments with the plants and flowers we have at home. I took somewhat of an inspiration from what happened. Here's hoping it will be successful and useful for future contracts. Honestly, I'm excited and a little nervous for future contracts.

Finally Some Good Night Sleep
That was a tough contract. More on surviving the wilderness than fighting the enemies, especially the lack of sleep.
On my way home, I realize that I need more supplies than what I have now. I think I could carry more, I might need to check. One thing's for sure, a healing gift. Johnny could've died if we didnt help him. Even though we did, we only had first aid kit to patch him up. I decided to use the gift I received this round to get something useful for those situations.
I wish I could've tamed a dog though. It would have been cool to have a well trained companion during contracts. Maybe I should focus on that on my next one. Having another team member could help everyone as well.
Upon arriving home, I went straight to bed without even taking a bath and slept like a log. I will check on my previous experiments after I wake up and maybe do some more.

The Sons of Salem is a loosely-organized conservative populist movement in the United States that preaches violent opposition to anything they perceive as witchcraft, demonic, or monstrous.
Blowhard podcaster Ted Gundy and former general of the mercenary group “Hognose,” Roland Rush, founded the movement in 2010 after a series of violent werewolf attacks and unexplained, supernatural murders in Tennessee. Memberships grew quickly, stoked by Ted’s fiery doomsday rhetoric on his podcast "Truth Seekers" and the aspiration of the masculine power embodied by Roland.
Although they speak of duty, honor, and maintaining the “natural order” of things, the Sons of Salem are driven by fear. They collect guns and appear at protests en-masse as a way of easing the all-consuming terror of their powerlessness. At the same time, they have conditioned themselves to respond to fear with “strength” (read: violence).
