He lives in El Paso with his parents, he chooses to live there due to him not having much need to leave. It seems he feels uncomfortable with most things he doesn't understand. He feels the need to protect his parents in their current state, even with their 'sickness'. He has lived in El Paso for most of his life, Apart from a few times he went to the Pacific Northwest to meet other family members he has never really left Texas. He and his parents live in a lower-income neighborhood; the place is mostly silent. His house has a dry lawn along with the house having faded paint. The house is a 2 story, clearly built in the late 50s.

He earns most of his money through his job as a police officer. Most of the money goes to bills and medical care for his parents. Apart from a small amount of saving most of his money goes to bills and food. With the money he does save up, he normally buys luxuries for himself or his parents. Another decent amount of money goes into reinforcing his family home.
