Actions

Attack with your weapon or hands.
Evade by rolling to Defend or Dodge. Your Outcome is "spent" to reduce the Outcome of any incoming attacks until your next Action.
Activate a Power or use an Ability as normal.
Hold your Action by declaring an Action and a triggering event. If the event occurs before your turn on the next Round, you perform the Action.

Reactions

Dodge by rolling Dexterity + Athletics ( dice) Difficulty 6. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's.
Defend with your weapon by rolling its attack roll. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's. Availability depends on weapon match-up (tap/hover).
Clash with the attacker using the same roll you would use to Defend. The higher Outcome (not contested) is treated as the result of a successful, undefended attack roll against the loser.

Desperate Defense

If you have already used your Action, you may Exert your Mind to perform a Reaction. Your next Round's Action receives a -2 dice penalty. You cannot Clash as a Desperate Defense or React more than once to a given Action.

Will to Survive

Once per Contract, you may reduce the severity of an incoming Injury up to 5 Severity levels (to a minimum of Severity 5). You also take a point of Mind Damage and suffer a Battle Scar as normal.

If an attack's Outcome is positive after defense, it results in a new Injury with Severity = Outcome + Weapon damage - Armor

An Outcome of 1 or greater will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
Outcome 4+ puts the Injury on track to heal clean: its Battle Scar heals with it.
On a Botch, the Injury's Severity increases by 1.
Failed or Botched attempts may be re-attempted at +1 Difficulty per failure.

Makeshift Stabilization

Attempt a major treatment using insufficient or improvised medical equipment.

Roll Intellect + Medicine, Difficulty > Severity

Outcome 1+ will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
However, any Outcome less than 4 increases the Injury’s Severity by 1. Botches also worsen its Battle Scar if it caused one.
Regardless of Outcome, any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will persist after it is fully healed.
Failed or Botched attempts may be retried at +1 Difficulty per failure.

Self-stabilization attempts are rolled at +1 Difficulty.

At the start of each Contract, roll a d10 and multiply the result by 2 to determine how many nights until the full moon. On the two nights leading up to the full moon, you experience minor physical changes and Mind rolls you make are at +1 Difficulty. On the night of the full moon, you transform fully into an obviously unusual creature and all Mind rolls you make are at +2 Difficulty.

Cat-Eyes Your eyes catch the light in the dark like a cat or dog's, granting low-light vision. You suffer no penalty to rolls in low-light situations. You cannot see in pitch blackness.

Born Runner You are built specifically for running. +5 feet of free Movement, +2 dice to all-out sprint rolls.

Biography

Charlotte is a fairly lucky girl. On her first time transforming, she was already asleep by the time darkness had fallen, and she woke up later that night, hungry and half lucid, and proceeded to raid the fridge, right on her parent’s security cameras before returning to bed, which she promptly erased.

Since the first incident, while her first instincts were to panic, her knowledge as a pet owner ultimately won out, and she spent the next few months preparing for her transformations, and more importantly, studying them. This allowed her to realize that despite the media stigma surrounding them, that in her wolf form, she was essentially just… a big, stupid, hungry dog.

So she figured out how to accommodate these things for herself, and now wants to spread her message to the whole world of lycanthropes with nobody to guide them, that leave themselves chained to basement walls or starve themselves. She wants to be their guardian, their teacher, their voice.
