He is 27 years old, lives in regular rental apartment in the big city, and often appears as a tall pale man with black long messy hair, with wine red eyes, classic Victorian fashion, including a charcoal suit, leather riding boots, and a flamboyant, intricately knotted red cravat, covered by a long, black duster.

Movement

Movement is taken immediately before OR after your Action. It cannot be split.

- Dashing penalizes your Action -1 die per 5 feet.
All-out Sprint: instead of using free Movement or Dash, you may spend your Action and roll Brawn + Athletics ( dice) Difficulty 6. You move (0 + (Outcome x 5) Feet).

Actions

Attack with your weapon or hands.
Evade by rolling to Defend or Dodge. Your Outcome is "spent" to reduce the Outcome of any incoming attacks until your next Action.
Activate a Power or use an Ability as normal.
Hold your Action by declaring an Action and a triggering event. If the event occurs before your turn on the next Round, you perform the Action.

If you have not yet spent your Action this Round, you may use it as a Reaction.

Reactions

Dodge by rolling Dexterity + Athletics ( dice) Difficulty 6. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's.
Defend with your weapon by rolling its attack roll. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's. Availability depends on weapon match-up (tap/hover).
Clash with the attacker using the same roll you would use to Defend. The higher Outcome (not contested) is treated as the result of a successful, undefended attack roll against the loser.

Desperate Defense

If you have already used your Action, you may Exert your Mind to perform a Reaction. Your next Round's Action receives a -2 dice penalty. You cannot Clash as a Desperate Defense or React more than once to a given Action.

Will to Survive

Once per Contract, you may reduce the severity of an incoming Injury up to 5 Severity levels (to a minimum of Severity 5). You also take a point of Mind Damage and suffer a Battle Scar as normal.

If an attack's Outcome is positive after defense, it results in a new Injury with Severity = Outcome + Weapon damage - Armor

Proper Stabilization

Requires an advanced first aid kit for Severity 4 Injuries, a surgery setup for Severity 5 Injuries, and a surgery theater for Severity 6+ Injuries.

Roll Intellect + Medicine, Difficulty equal to Severity

An Outcome of 1 or greater will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
Outcome 4+ puts the Injury on track to heal clean: its Battle Scar heals with it.
On a Botch, the Injury's Severity increases by 1.
Failed or Botched attempts may be re-attempted at +1 Difficulty per failure.

Makeshift Stabilization

Attempt a major treatment using insufficient or improvised medical equipment.

Roll Intellect + Medicine, Difficulty > Severity

Outcome 1+ will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
However, any Outcome less than 4 increases the Injury’s Severity by 1. Botches also worsen its Battle Scar if it caused one.
Regardless of Outcome, any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will persist after it is fully healed.
Failed or Botched attempts may be retried at +1 Difficulty per failure.

Self-stabilization attempts are rolled at +1 Difficulty.

Dile Delma, A peculiar man since he was young he was Infested with dreams, no nightmares of a time far in the past.. he was a hero.. fight along side a samurai Emperor in an unknown era called the era of the red blood moon a time where the darkness Prevailed against the light as The evil dwellers Of the night roses to power. As the army of Emperor fell and Dile and his friend the Emperor got cornered.. Dile Stroke a deal with the keeper of The deepest hell Chaos to lend him her power she cursed him with immortality and granted him a touch of chaos. He helped the Emperor escape his unfortunate fate from the grasping of darkness and strike fear in the heart of their enemies and won the war.. After he wakes up from his peculiar nightmare that it felt so real to him as if he still feels his scars and his sore body aches with pain.. he questions his reality.. looking around his apartment as if he lacks something his connection to Chaos, his soul, his immortality.." I have to get it back!!"

He works as a history teacher in a middle school.. he devoted him self to find any knowledge about this "era of the red blood moon " but this knowledge sounded like a fairy tale. Nothing in history is recorded about such event ever happened.. so he chose to become a teacher to do his research in secret and he love to protect the Innocents smiles of the little kids.
