"Most people know Offr.com as the home of the gig economy: a website where you can find a buyer for your old couch, and a worker to haul it away. It’s the home of everything from marketplace goods and bespoke commissions to task fulfillment and transportation services. Some whisper about less-than-legal deals being available on a 'dark web' version of Offr.com. The company denies these claims."
Sooner or later, all Contractors receive an invitation to join Offr Red, the secret membership tier. Offr Red members gain access to exclusive high-confidence, anonymous services. They can sell extraordinary items to Offr or put them up for auction for other Offr Red members to bid on. Crafty Contractors rejoice!
On rare occasions, Offr can even make deals to tie up pesky Loose Ends. However, they always demand a special favor in return.

The Psychic can speak directly into someone's mind, engaging in an entirely telepathic conversation. While they do, they take on a blank, vacant stare in the direction of their target, and appear to be muttering gibberish to themselves under their breath.
Spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless you can see your target.
You open up a line of communication to your target, and may converse with them as long as one of you maintains Concentration
The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.

I Talk To The Wind
"Hey uh.. You mind bailing me out?"
From within his cell, Douglas grabs his mouth at lets out a sharp cough. Blood seeps out from between his fingers, although this could be easily chalked up to an infection or injury of some kind. If they manage to take a closer look though, he's muttering something under his breath.
Any words he speaks are carried by the wind, taken to his target in an instant. For the duration of their conversation, they're both able to speak freely even if in reality, the only noise they've made is a mere murmur.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location.

This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is suddenly coughing up blood. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
- Exhaustion penalties and duration stack. If you activate this Effect or another Effect with Exhaustion, your penalty will worsen, and the duration is increased by one hour.
- The Injury received from activating this Effect heals in 1 day and cannot be prevented or prematurely healed by any means.

"Use, Break, Replace and Repeat."
Reeves would take out his phone before what seems like texting on it, and anyone trying to pry into the text would seem to see unable to read it, and anyone who are 'watching' the text would pop up 'Corrupted' and any futures tries would repeat the same.
The Target who receives the Message would get a text from an Unknown Number, with the text written out, the same would happen to anyone attempting to view the text on the target side as well.
After all is said and done, Reeves would take his phone and break it before disposing of it in the local trash.

If the need is dire enough, Emperor Norton II can inscribe a missive with the Imperial Pen - if acting in his official capacity, everyone within a given postal code will receive this message immediately, typically as a copy of the written note, though other messages are possible.
Spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless both you & any potential targets are within the same Postal Code. You must actively and obviously use Imperial Raiment to activate this Effect.
