By focusing on a blue rock of any kind, Vergil has managed to go beyond simply allowing himself to allow Odessa to go into the realm of dreams. The colors resonation allowing him to delve deep into the dream state and connect himself to it in ways he'd once thought impossible. Though, with only partial success so far. melding his mind and body parts into the realm of dreams he can become nigh invisible, blending into the world around him and allowing him to evade standard detection methods and even operate in combat, stranger still the partial merging that he performs also seems to prevent any sound from escaping the dreamscape either.

Actions they take may be extreme and out of character for them. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
When your target interacts with any valid target, they must roll Self-Control or be swept up in the same emotion. New targets pass it on as well, and so on, with the remaining duration decreasing by half until the chain stops.
If the target fails or botches their defensive roll, they gain a Trauma, which must be related to the chosen emotion in some way.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see a suitably terrifying display of his monstrous nature.

You transform into a humanoid Alaskan Malamute werewolf for 30 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a humanoid Alaskan Malamute werewolf, and you can use your equipment. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Attributes are the same. Your Stress is reduced by 2.
Your body is adapted to tracking. You receive +3 dice on non-attack rolls related to tracking.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -1).

The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. Commands may force a target to violate one of their Limits, and they will need to make a Trauma roll once the suggestion wears off.
