Summon a single Angel Or Demon at your location. They will last for an hour, or until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
Minions have 4 Body and can make melee range attacks with 5 dice to attack and +1 Damage. They cannot move faster than a walk and cannot dodge incoming attacks. They have dog-level intelligence, and cannot communicate back to you. Any Perception checks they make are rolled with 3 dice.
Your minions can fly at their normal movement speed.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: He hears two voices the angels and the devils.
As the contract is verbally stated the caster's eyes glow red and their teeth are turned serrated.
You must use up 100$ dollars in order to activate this Effect.
You may make an oath with any number of physically-present, Sapient targets. Communicate the oath's terms to the targets, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must touch me to seal the deal.

The targets cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the targets, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
When crafting your oath, you may opt to enforce compliance. If you do, any participant that wishes to break the deal must take 3 Mind damage and succeed a Self-Control roll. They may attempt once per day.
Whenever a participant breaks the oath, you are immediately made aware and may even witness the act as if standing nearby.
Grace begins calling a cat and waving a ball of yarn. Obedience’s old kitty, Horatio, appears as a ghostly form covered in soot which trails behind him in wisps as he pads out from under a chair, in a closet, out of a trash can... Horatio was loyal to the end, and will "die" over and over again fighting for his girls, and fighting ferociously. Their bond is also strong enough to take the way Obedience could understand her cat in life a step further, so that they can understand each other clearly.
Horatio usually resides in Grace’s mindscape, along with the rest of the menagerie, unless Grace is in a place private enough that he can come out and play.
While Obedience's life force was tied to the tree, bitter as the bark and as slow to progress, Horatio was hidden from her; she was too unfamiliar and for awhile, taken to anger. But he never went far, watching over her out of even her sight... the most loyal of cats, our beloved Horatio.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Grace walks around waving her ball of yarn calling out for Horatio and inspecting places he could come out from.. You must actively and obviously use A ball of yarn to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

Momma Ettu can verbally summon a 'Bogeyman' by verbally implying one is present and a danger, through story or statement like 'There's a bogeyman in these woods' or 'Ive heard bogeyman... " Etc.
Immediately after, a medium dog-sized, indistinguishable ball of teeth (think Stephen King's Langoliers) will appear from somewhere out of sight (behind a tree, or around a corner or something when possible, but directly behind them if no other options are available within 15 feet or so). They follow Ettu's lore given during the summons, although she can always change the story. They will always attempt to approach stealthed, and hunt as a predator would- lunging when the target is distracted, when they're spotted, or when they manage to get close enough to catch the target unaware- where they will promptly lunge at the targets throat or chest area.

Bogeyman are notorious for being able to find you, no matter how far you run. (They can attempt to track people, somehow, despite lack of obvious eyes)
She was inbued and taught to control and invoke existing spirits by her family as a child. She works with bogeymen because not only are they vicious, but every moment they're under her control, is a moment they're not hunting children to eat.

Summon a single A toothy round monster, mostly consisting of a giant mouth and tiny body at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Momma Ettu seems to be on business-like terms with murderous creatures of fear and infanticide.
Polamedes sits down and calms himself. Over the course of a minute he uses a bundle of wires and electronics combined with tiny nanomachines in his ring to slowly assemble a tiny robot. Pols forarms expand outward in 4 sections framing his arm like a kind of giant spider. The long spindly limbs pry free from the flesh and bone underneath showing long strands of tendon and flesh beneath where they were previously connected. The spider arms then move at ludicrous speed quickly assembling a tiny robot by tri spooling, nanothread, skin threads, and actual wire. The spiderlegs heat up quickly as they move and over the course of the minute will release a spay of blood in order to cool themselves as they work.
The robot looks like a miniature version of Utah raptor. Afterwards the programming in the raptor demands that it be given a unique name before it can be given any instructions.

Summon a single Hobbes-Bot at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 2 minions active at a time.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Spider arms.
Hunched over, writhing in pain, you see a giant rune (+ shaped) on their back, and from it comes a lump, one that grows, and grows, and grows, and out bursts a small creature, the wound closes up shortly after
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action.
Summon a single racoon with a runic + symbol on its belly at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 2 minions active at a time.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see the racoon growing and bursting out of the runic + Symbol.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: A Runic + Symbol (back).
Any successful musician knows the value of a good roadie. The musician calls for a roadie, and one will promptly arrive. The roadie doesn't talk much, and they aren't too bright, but they can sure haul gear.
After a couple hours of work, the roadie will retire to smoke and get some sleep.

The Vampire is able to turn one of their victims into a lesser vampire, a pale shadow of a full creature of the night but useful nonetheless. Having drained and killed their target, the Vampire performs a brief ritualistic bloodletting, wherein they spill their own blood into the target's mouth, forcing them to drink, and bonding them together as child and sire.
Shortly afterwards, the fledgling vampire will rise from death, hungry for blood and eager to serve.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within arm's reach that has died within the last hour. This Effect cannot be used unless you drained the target's blood while they were still alive.
Your target rises as an Animate being. The raised creature is totally mindless, with no memory of its past life or hint of its old personality. They cannot communicate. They will follow any command you speak.
The creature lasts until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion. The raised creature must consume flesh every day or it will die again.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Charisma and Intellect are set to 1, but their Dexterity, Brawn and Perception are the same as they had in life. A raised creature cannot use any Effects.
Your revived targets deal 2 Weapon Damage with their unarmed attacks.
The mobster knows a guy they can call for a hired goon, who arrives about a minute later. The goons are dumb as bricks, but tough nonetheless, perfect for sending a message when you need to keep your hands clean.
