Jeremy concentrates an especially large amount of will into a single, large rippling bubble, which he then lobs at his target, where it explodes in a burst of extreme force.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Location no further than 50 feet from you and in your line of sight. You must actively and obviously use Bubble Wand to activate this Effect. The area within 20 feet of the chosen Location immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Brawn + Alertness at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 20 feet of the chosen Location with Damage equal to your Outcome + 2. Armor is fully effective against this damage.
This ward is a plain King of Clubs, its made of paper and can be destroyed and rendered useless by simply ripping it apart. While this card is placed somewhere the user can see and hear as if they were the king depicted on the card. Those who can see through stealthy will notice the king depicted on the card actively looks around with suspicion at what's within his line of sight.
The King of Clubs is a paranoid sort, his rule under a constant threat of being overthrown by his younger brother, the King of Spades, and his vast army of spearmen. He's always observing quietly from the sidelines, to him anyone could be a threat to his rule, even those of his own court.
Spend an Action and use up this King of Clubs (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7). Select a target within 10 feet.

Bu Fang offers up a nice meal. Using it to lead a conversation, the meal relaxes the targets mind, so much that they start spilling their secrets without knowing. They don't even realize as they chat, Bu Fang leading them on in the coversation.
This Effect activates whenever eats a Fascinate meal. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. “Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. You must use up Trapped meal in order to activate this Effect. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target resists by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.

This Effect cannot be used unless The candy must be swallowed and consumed. and After consumption, the living target must make a coin flip. Heads=they take the damage, initiating an organ failure within them, alongside taking the +12 damage. Tails=They experience a delicious and lovely flavour unlike any they have tasted.. Roll 7 dice Difficulty 6, penalty does not apply. The target may contest by rolling Body, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 12. The target's material Armor is completely ignored.
If a Living target would suffer an Injury Severity 5 or greater from this Effect, they die.
Polamedes withdraws some small nanobots from inside his body and lets them crawl to the end of his finger and into his eye. They pull his eyelids apart and crawl under and over his eye physically pushing it out of the way and dislodging it slightly as they do, taking measurements while doing so. After a few seconds they start forcing the eye out of the socket. They haul a still connected eyeball to the location of placement spooling out more and more retina wire as the eye is stretched away. Then the eye is sliced and pressed into position while the retinal connection is severed and coiled around the split eye to form a sort of antenna. The trailing retina cable is slowly reeled back into the eye socket before needing to be manually repositioned by placing the finger back into the empty hole and re-growing the eye with more nanomachines. Slowly pulling thin strands from the body and gluing the burgeoning eye back into place.

The ward requires Concentration to monitor, though it will remain active until you deactivate it. It can be detected with a roll and destroyed through mundane means.
You may activate another Effect through one of your Wards as if you were standing at its location. The Ward is destroyed afterward.
You may communicate through your ward, though doing so will reveal its presence.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Polamedes copies and remove's his eye.
By focusing and whispering a prayer under their breath, the priest may invoke their god to protect those who have good works left to do.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is a living human. Roll a single d10, Difficulty 4. If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour. Roll Charisma + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around your target, which absorbs the next Outcome + 2 Damage. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is you whispering a prayer under your breath. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
The pyro points a laser pointer towards a target, and a cat-sized-and-shaped fire springs into life, very clearly attracted to the laser. This flame cat can also be shaped from existing fires. While the pointer is active it remains in the shape of a cat, pouncing towards the little red dot. When the laser pointer is not active, the flames return to normal.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). You must actively and obviously use a laser pointer to activate this Effect.
You may start a new fire as large as a torch's flame at your target. You may create fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 2 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
You may spend a Free Action on your initiative move a fire as large as a torch's flame that is within 20 feet to another location within 20 feet. You may Exert your Mind to draw a line which a fire up to twice as large as a torch's flame cannot cross.

Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: place a mirror such that it reflects the subject of your illusion. Select a target within 45 feet. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
a reflection of something else in the area, which can be no larger than a person is generated at your target, and it will remain in place for the next minute or you choose to end it. It can be perceived by people through their sight. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You may create a replica of a specific being or Object, though it is still limited by what you do or do not know about the subject.
Anyone who touches the illusion (or who would be able to perceive it significantly through a sense it cannot fool) realizes it is an illusion, and the entire effect will be ended for all targets.
The illusion will remain fixed to its initial target, and can only change locations if the initial target is mobile in some way. It may have moving parts and engage in simple, predetermined movements but cannot perform anything complex or interactive unless you maintain Concentration and “puppeteer” it.
